I am totally late in writing this review, but I definitely wanted to take the time to share my experience! I've been working with Leo & Sam at KeyPoint, and I am so happy I made the decision to bank with them. I used to bank with Bank of America and Chase, and not to be rude, but they honestly don't compare to the experience I've had with KeyPoint. I haven't had any issues at all. Leo is always checking in with me to make sure everything is going well and that I don't need help with anything. His customer service is truly 10/10 he goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you're being taken care of, not just treated like another customer. And it's not only me! My parents and grandparents also opened accounts with Sam & Leo, and they absolutely love working with them too. I will definitely continue recommending KeyPoint to my family and friends. If you're looking for a bank that will treat you like family and actually help you with checking accounts, debit cards, credit cards, loans, or anything else you may need, go see Sam & Leo! They will do everything they can to help you and make the process easy. Thank you so much, Sam & Leo, for always taking such great care of me and my family! I truly appreciate you both and couldn't be happier with KeyPoint! read more

I had such an outstanding experience with Sam at KeyPoint Credit Union in Dublin that I felt compelled to share. What was supposed to be a quick stop to get a check handled turned into something so much more--thanks entirely to Sam. From the moment I walked in, his positive energy and genuine willingness to help stood out. He truly knows his stuff and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Because of his effort and dedication, I was actually able to drive away in my new car just in time for my birthday--something I didn't expect at all when I walked in that day! On top of that, he's also helping me get bank accounts set up for my babies, which means a lot to me as a parent. That level of care and long-term thinking really shows how much he values his members. I referred a family member to KeyPoint and guaranteed he wouldn't be sorry. From the first time he walked through the doors they already knew him by name and he was introduced to the President, Vice President and all the tellers. Before he walked out he had an atm card, checks and all the information he needed. He recently had a situation where he needed documentation and he was overwhelmed and didn't Know where to start. He walked in was greeted by name once again and everyone jumped in to full action and went over and 10 feet above the call of duty to help him. He was so overwhelmed with the kindness and willingness to help solve his situation. I always give myself extra time when I go in as we all have to catch up on our families and vacations we went on or are planning. It's a wonderful down town banking experiences I once bought a car and didn't have to leave the parking lot. We were eating chips and salsa and my new cat pulled in shiny as it could be with a full tank of gas. It's worth going through all the hassle of changing your direct deposits and automatic payments to get out of the big bank non sense. Shari will help you with everything. Shari helped me and it's was seamless and without a hitch. I'm never changing. Can't wait for their community service events to start. I won't miss Them read more
