But still terrible customer service, i told this bank I will be writing a review on how bad they treat the customers, well here we go. You asked for it. Go to the Blackhawk Bank of America they deliver excellent customer service always and they are always helpful and the bankers in the cubicle do come out to help when lines are long. Sounds like a real. I didn't provide any personal info to him instead I called the branch I know in Pleasanton Ranch 99. One of the representatives answered my phone immediately and we talked about the situation. She checked the system and also called the bank credit card service department and found out this Frank Liu from SF branch and the whole credit card thing are spam. I'd like to give Pleasanton Branch 5 stars for their work efficiency and accuracy.

I never had a problem with stopping pending payments to fraudulent people with Wells Fargo. Especially when its caught immediately and before the payment even goes through.
