Karen is the most helpful person I've ever talked to in the world of health insurance (and even outside of that world!). I am a college student who was pretty confused on how to navigate getting health insurance after no longer being on my parent's plan. Karen was truly amazing. She knew exactly what information she needed from me and made the process as simple as possible on my end. Because of her years on experience in navigating these complex bureaucracies, she was able to know exactly what to do to save me the most money without compromising on the quality of the health insurance I already had. I was on a Gold Plan and Karen encouraged me to change to Enhanced Silver, a new plan I haven't even heard of.
