I went into the branch and asked for 50 brand new $1 bills because my grandson is graduating from elementary school. We got him one of those cards where you attach the money to each other and the kid gets to pull it out of the card like a magician pulls out an endless scarf from his hat. The reason being "they don't want to get sued if I get hurt." my response, "you could get sued just by me standing or sitting in this bank." Both Gary and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on an out of state property in a timely fashion. Due to errors on my end, the funds were not scheduled to be available until a week after the scheduled close. A follow-up complaint to a manager produced no result. This combination of sloppy work and miserable customer service has caused me mainly great frustration, but for others it could be financially costly.
