I travel a little over 30 minutes to get to the Pleasanton location. I am very happy with my agent Rahil, however, since he was running late, I walked in and asked if I could use the restroom. I am not a stranger walking in off the street. I am a customer waiting for my appointment. I was denied when asked where the restroom was. The reason being "they don't want to get sued if I get hurt." my response, "you could get sued just by me standing or sitting in this bank." I was instructed to walk to the end of the mall where McDonald's was and use their restroom. I could see if I was just a person off the street looking for a restroom, but I am a customer and would expect better from them.

They offered me the kind of personal care, attention and genuine concrete help that even the most prestigious banking client would be happy to pay for. Both Gary and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on an out of state property in a timely fashion. Due to errors on my end, the funds were not scheduled to be available until a week after the scheduled close. A follow-up complaint to a manager produced no result. This combination of sloppy work and miserable customer service has caused me mainly great frustration, but for others it could be financially costly.
