She tried to threaten me, claiming Wells Fargo wouldn't recommend me to another bank and that I'd have a hard time opening an account anywhere else. I told her straight up, "I've been with Chime for 7 years before you guys, and they don't treat customers the way you guys treat customers. I got to go," and then I just quickly hung up on her. After banking with them for several years, I can confidently say my experience has been just as exceptional. This will now be my second auto loan through them, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Not only do they offer some of the best rates available, but their team is also professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping their customers throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize Vinisha Patel for the outstanding service she provided. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer care truly stood out. She made the entire experience smooth, stress free, and informative from start to finish. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, whether through a dealership or a private seller, I highly recommend reaching out to them before allowing dealerships to run your credit multiple times. Being pre approved ahead of time gave me confidence and negotiating power throughout the buying process. It allowed me to focus on finding the right vehicle and securing the best deal without unnecessary pressure or repeated credit inquiries. Having financing already in place puts you in control and makes the entire car buying experience much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you again to Vinisha and the entire team for providing such excellent service and making the process seamless.
