Awesome service and support- walked in today to turn in my verification certificate for taking the Mature Driver course - and walked out with an exceptional customer service experience. I was greeted promptly with a warm smile and directed to exactly the right person I needed to speak with. After a short and comfortable wait, I was escorted to a private cubicle to speak with that agent. . The agent I worked with was Tina Barcelona, and if her name wasn't memorable enough, her warm and sincerely helpful response to my questions certainly was. She seemed genuinely patient and kind - I learned useful information that I can use to lower my premium, find help for an upcoming vacation trip, and even got updated copies of my insurance cards to store in my glove box. I wasn't expecting my visit to have such a welcome (and appreciated!) impact on my auto premiums, but it did. This wonderful lady just has the kind of caring attitude that makes a big difference - I hope the Triple A corporation will take the time to recognize such a great brand ambassador. It really is the people who do their best for each and every client that inspire loyalty and make a business successful. I took a photo of her business card - email her or call to set up an appointment to discuss your auto insurance needs. Like me, I'm sure it will be a nice surprise!

I need to transfer registration back to California from Texas. I checked with the AAA in San Ramon Office for the DMV service they claim that comes with your membership - 3 strikes unable to help me with my registration. First - renewal... apparently the vehicle I left in California - registration was in suspended status even though I paid the re-instatement fees and provided proof of insurance. They collected the renewal fees and was given instructions by AAA to contact DMV and once reinstated to come back and pick up my tags. I did call the DMV and got it reinstated. Went back to AAA just to be informed can't provide tags. Next DMV service required - I asked if I can do out of state registration transfer back to California? I was informed they can do it and provided me with a check list required documents. Also, they can only do it with an appointment. Set up appointment and got all required documents listed. Showed up at my designated appointment time with paper works that they informed me I need on the check list. I was then informed can't help me due requires a letter from TEXAS DMV indicating no Title issued. This particular document was not on the list of documents required by AAA to proceed with the out of state transfer. I tried to explain why was that not listed as part of the documents needed. I waited a week for the appointment and could have requested Texas DMV to forward the letter they require. Needless to say - no help provided once again and made me look like I am not understanding and it was my fault for the reason why they can't help me. Whereby, I initially verified what documentation I needed to bring. Furthermore, the lady made me feel I am not honest and that another Title was issued in Texas even though I have the certificate of Title issued here in California. I managed to get the letter but, don't want to go back to the San Ramon AAA office - no DMV help provided there... that works.

Was a customer for several years. In March my bill was paid in full the day it was due. I did not…read moremake a late payment. Allstate is now demanding my next six months to be paid up front. I spoke with their office, and Darryl and his team blamed this on corporate. Blaming corporate showed a lack of accountability. Pure greed. Best wishes. Bill in question due date 3/14 and payment sent on 3/14. Cancellation notice was sent on 3/13. I've never made a claim with you, and I paid you when you said the money was due for all these years, never paid a bill even a day past due. This corporate policy is possibly unjust. I really hope I am not understanding something correctly. I'm gonna go ask my apartment complex if they actually want the money on the due date stated in my lease each month. I'd hate to have to pay 6 months of rent up front as a punishment for paying them on time.

I've spoken with Charles in the past who is also awesome, friendly, kind, intelligent, and knowledgable. absolutely professional! (He's in the Castro Valley office I believe) Great staff so far- no complaints. Even when I needed to get my car fixed and was stressed out, this company and staff did a great job handling the situation and communicating. They're very people oriented which I give them praise for because people can be absolutely awful sometimes. Allstate can be a pain sometimes when they up policy prices without notice. recently my policy went up because i'm not a teenager and i'm not an older person so apparently that middle age bracket gets charged more now? pretty lame. ...but thats got nothing to do with this amazing team. so grateful to be connected with them.

I have been with Liberty Mutual for over a decade and had the worst experience ever! My storage was…read morebroken in 6/23/24, I filed my claim 7/22/24. From the first conversation with the adjuster John Steele, I knew he was gonna be a problem. He refused to answer questions and it got worse...he doesn't know how to use email. This man sent my storage company an email with no introduction, nothing about my policy...he just forwarded his contact information. From there I requested his supervisor whose name is Bryce Buckley. Lord have mercy, he was just as bad. He gave me the usual, "we're doing everything we can" and " no worries, we'll take care of you" after I told him I never want to deal with John ever again. He reassured me he'll handle my claim quickly. Guess what, I submitted all documents per their email only for him to tell me to use the app. Once I returned from vacation and after making it very clear verbally to Bryce and a representative who answered the phone that I never want to deal with John, I have a voicemail and email from John yet again smh. I submitted my documents 10/26/24 through the app and emailed them directly to Bryce Buckley and guess what...nothing!!! Nothing for 90 full days. I called to file a complaint againt John and Bryce through the Presidential Service Team (PST) on 1/27/25. My claim was finally moved to a wonderful adjuster named Breonna Griffin who completed my claim in 3 business days. The Consumer Affairs Specialist II named Anthony Duty who took my complaint had the audacity to regurgitate what Breonna Griffin did on my claim and then tell me, "if you should have further questions or need assistance on your claim, please contact adjuster Brianna Griffin to further review the matter and gives her contact information... Or Team Manager Bryce Buckley." Now why would anyone direct me to contact the same person who did absolutely nothing on my claim for 90 days???? The same person who continued to allow John to call and email me after I said I never wanted to deal with him? Bryce should be terminated from his Team Manager position because he failed me big time. I hope Liberty Mutual has access to Bryce and John's emails and call logs recordings to see just how ridiculous they're behavior was. I'll quote my 10/26/24 email... Hi Bryce, I have completed the itemized list online, the app wasn't working. Below are screenshots of the completed items. Upon returning from my trip, I received an email and a voicemail from John Steele after I said multiple times that I wanted no further contact from him. As promised, I will move forward with my complaint to Liberty Mutual's corporate office as his behavior at this point is harassing. As his supervisor, you too are allowing it and that deserves Liberty Mutual's corporate's attention. Should I suspect any retaliation on your end, I will move accordingly. All of my auto claims have been handled swiftly and professionally and that's why I'll keep my policies for now.

Wow, so many one stars. I understand why now. I have been with LM for years. I made my first claim…read more(auto accident, I was not at fault) on Tuesday evening. Everything automated. No way to talk to a person. Thursday afternoon still trying to get the claims adjuster to do her job. Meanwhile, the insurance company for the guy who hit me has called, taken a statement, and offered to have the claims run through that company. It is more complicated, but it may be the only route. Definitely considering another home for my four insurance policies. The one time I have needed LM, they failed -- and are still failing.

She and her team always looked out for my best interest and worked diligently during every rate increase to ensure we got the best insurance coverage at the best price. With her experience, she will also provide you detailed analysis(simplified for me, of course) of why things are the way they are and what's our best option. I've had Home and Auto Insurance from multiple Insurance firms, and I always used to shop and compare myself(yes, I'm that OCD), but Karen's offer had always been the best.
