I procrastinated a little bit but then my husband met their consultant Andy and was impressed with their system and pricing. He requested Andy to come back the next day so I could talk to him too and he did. The price is locked for two years and it never goes up like the cable companies. I like how he explained the system to us and how he answered all my questions, he's pleasant to do business with. I was so convinced i had them come back the next day (that same day schedule was full) to re-activate the system and install a new control panel since the previous owner of our house had the push pad version (i'm a touch pad girl LoL) We are lucky that our house was built with the whole security wiring so all of our window and door sensors are not visible to the naked eye which is a huge plus. Eric the installer was amazing, he's very polite and he answered all our questions and he repeated the instructions when my husband finally decided to show up and join us LoL. I hope this system is as great as what the other Yelpers are claiming, i'm excited and right now happy that my growing family has a monitored alarm system in our home.

For any service requests, I have to first go through Central Security Group who then dispatches them to the security company. In 2016, I was burglarized and police suggested I install video cameras. I called Central Security Group. Alarm2000 installed the video cameras and upgraded my system, not All Secure. I was not told that a different company would be installing the new equipment and assumed that All Secure would service me. In May 2017, I had my home re-stuccoed which required the contractor to remove the outdoor security camera affixed to the back wall of my house in order for them to complete the work. They tried twice to remount the video camera, but the view was not good. Consequently, I called Central Security Group to file a request and was told that the security company would call me within two business days. After two days, I called back Central Security Group and was told that the service request was originally sent to All Secure and was later recalled because they were unavailable. They then sent my service request to Aztec Security. Alarm2000 (who installed the video camera) is no longer working with Central Security Group. I was asked to call Central Security Group back tomorrow to sort this out with Aztec Security. All Secure is located 0.50 miles from my house. Aztec Security is 21 miles away. When I originally purchased my system through All Secure, I reasonably expected that they would service my future security needs. I did not expect to be bounced around between security companies. Based on my experience, All Secure is invested in the initial sale and installment and not my long-term safety.

As a senior citizen, I rely on my home security system for peace of mind--but for months, my ADT system has been non-functional. I made dozens of phone calls, each taking up to an hour just to get past the maze of hold music and transfers. After finally reaching someone who could help, I was told I needed a brand-new system and a new contract. So I agreed, trusting that this would finally resolve the issue. Wrong. A technician came to my home and spent over 6 hours trying to install the system--only to tell me it wouldn't work without new motion sensors, which I had to pay for out of pocket. I was also misled into thinking the new system would work with my existing cameras. It doesn't. The best part? After all that time, effort, and money--the new system doesn't even work. It constantly malfunctions, giving false alerts and telling me doors are open when they're not. Total failure. This is a company that profits off fear, offers misleading sales pitches, fails to deliver basic service, and then has the audacity to lock you into a contract. Their "customer service" is a joke--disorganized, evasive, and completely indifferent to your time and safety. Do yourself a favor--don't walk, RUN from ADT.

Now they won't leave me alone over 1 year later and I've called 3 times to explain their error and each time they asure me its gonna be taken care of only to get harassed by their bill collector daily they just lie

    If I could give Cloud Security zero stars, I would…read more This was easily one of the worst service experiences I've ever had, and it starts with the owner, Dustin. He showed up with a condescending, lazy, and completely unprofessional attitude. Instead of doing any real troubleshooting, he spent most of the time deflecting responsibility and repeating, "I'm not a magician," like that somehow excuses not doing the job he was hired to do. It was obvious he was looking for ways not to fix the problem. Minimal effort, zero urgency, and no accountability. When I finally checked him on his attitude, the tone shifted immediately. The arrogance disappeared, and suddenly he backed down. It was clear he's comfortable talking down to people--until he's called out. The actual "work" was just as bad. He sat on my bed for an extended period doing next to nothing while waiting for the hotspot to reconnect, acting like that counted as troubleshooting. At one point, he even went through personal items in my home to find something to reset the device. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Four days later, I get a call from Marie (who I would guess is his mom) claiming she wanted to "understand what happened." That quickly turned into more of the same--deflection, excuses, and blaming the customer. She even raised her voice and said, "But did he fix the problem?" as if that wipes away the behavior. For the record, the issue was only resolved after he finally decided to replace the hotspot--something that could have been done from the beginning if he wasn't so busy avoiding the work. I've had plenty of technicians in my home over the years--never once had an issue like this. Not with me, not with my landlord, not with anyone. This was different. This was blatant disrespect paired with laziness and a complete lack of professionalism. At the end of the day, this feels like a company that lacks accountability from top to bottom. They are definitely different than all the…read moregeneric ones That you typically find online and they do install and set up with great software for your iPhones and devices to monitor your home. I highly recommend this company as I have been with them for 20 plus years, as has my Parents.
