Came here for a broken screen a few months ago & when I picked up my phone I noticed the coloring was off, called them they told me to go back and they'd take care of it.. did this about 4 times until they finally got it right. After that experience I said I wouldn't be back even though the prices aren't bad but I rather pay more and get things done the first time. Yesterday, I took my phone to get repaired again at another place in brea, they opened my phone and worked on it while I sat in front of them. While they were removing parts the guy mentioned to me that there was a small part on the inside of my phone missing and asked if I had gotten my phone repaired elsewhere which I said yes. This place not only had me going back and forth a couple of times but also forgot to put everything back in my phone!! Definitely would not recommend this place! He introduced himself & was able to give me good pricing and it only took about 15 minutes, I also got a free screen protector because I checked in! Friendly staff, fast and convenient. Had a problem with the guy here about getting a housing changed his customer service at first was great the first time I was there next visit didn't seem to pleasant he told me one ring over the pogo one and then changed it all up once I got there and at it all he just left me hanging there with his Oscar buddy to charge me no receipt or any happy gestures was given to me by this guy. Busted the LCD on an iPhone 6s at 5:30pm on a Wednesday night; called these guys up to find they had everything in stock and could fix it while we waited. Jammed down, entire process took 20 minutes and the phone was like new. He even hooked us up with a better case and glass screen protected at a deal (we didn't ask for a discount) because we were already in for an LCD. Oscar greeted greeted me from the front desk and was able to tell me right away that the screen needed to be replaced and gave me a free quote. I asked how long it would take, expecting that I'd have to return in a couple of days, and was pleasantly surprised when he said it'd only take 20 minutes (it ended up taking way less than that). Cellphone problems are stressful. Contemplating a trip to the apple store etc. Thankfully was able to avoid an expensive trip to the mall to attempt to fix my wifes Iphone 5c. LCD part of her phone randomly died. Omar replaced the LCD and now it works perfectly. Took under 10 Min for him to do it. Cost me $85 for the screen but only 5 min of my time. Had a shattered screen on an iPhone 6 replaced and service was awesome! Was told it would be 30 minutes and decided to wait there. Only took about 20 minutes so that's a plus! Didn't try to upsale me any accessories, but I ended up purchasing a tempered glass protector for $20 which they put on for me. 100% recommend this place! Side note, it's located in a strip style shopping center and it's right next to a cannabis clinic so don't be surprised if it reeks of weed when you walk in. Simple one sentence review: I am now a loyal customer and will only be taking my needed repairs at the Cell Phone Repair House always. Detailed review: Where shall I begin? That they are friendly, caring, uphold amazing customer service, and most importantly are great at fixing any issue there seems to be; whether its negotiating prices, and or simple / complex issues. This is my first time ever writing a Yelp review and I'm happy that this is the place that's receiving it. I had broken my LCD screens several times in weird circumstances within a 8 month period. One being my IPhone X having ghost touch (2020), once where I had it in my pocket with my keys pressure caused a hairline cracked in the LCD (December 2020) , and yesterday while on my run my phone screen wouldn't work unless I pressed in a certain location. Anyways, each time I had these broken screens via weird situations they have always been extremely considerate, friendly, and honest about how to fix and prevent any other unwanted issues. As being a full time student at CSUF I dont get a lot of time to work therefore I work off my phone when I have free time for which I do uber eats. When I broke my phone I was not able to work but when I talked to Omar and I felt like I didnt have to worry because I knew I would be walking into a business that will take care of their customers. I told them my Issue and they looked at it, worked out an amazing deal and within 15 minutes I had a new LCD screen and PLUS a screen protector they threw in.
