I cracked my screen on my iPhone 11 Pro max and they took care of it pretty quickly! Very reasonable prices, I had looked at several other places before choosing tech Labz and they had some of the lowest prices around the area! read more

$95 to replace screen and $55 for the battery. DAMN, and I just HAD to go a few days before Apple started reducing their rates for battery replacements! Oh well. Service was good here, the staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Price is pretty competitive with everyone else in the mall, but it will be interesting to see how low their prices will go now that Apple is only charging about almost half for the battery replacement. Don't forget to check in/write a review for the $5 discount! read more

Quickly got a new battery for my iPhone which had slowly degraded over 5 years. Been a month since I've had it and still pretty good. Nice service. read more

This is the only cell phone repair service I could find last year who worked on Android phones...Omar is wonderful. He goes above & beyond to take care of your needs! When I needed a new battery now in Jan 2021, this was the only place I wanted to call! Thank you, Omar & Cell Phone Repair!!! 5 stars & 10+++ service! read more

Great job!!! Fast and Friendly service. Trusted and professional work. We highly recommend this place.

Omar is the man! I thought my phone was not repairable. I basically drop-kicked it in a parking lot when I got out of my car and it landed face down on the concrete.. my iPhone screen was shattered. I walked in and asked if he could do anything to help.. he just smiled and said "Don't worry, I got you." I figured that I would let him try, considering my next stop was the Apple store to buy a new phone. I AM VERY THANKFUL THAT I WALKED INTO HIS STORE. Within no time, I had a phone that was brand new. He also put on a glass screen protector to prevent this from happening again. I was so impressed with his service, that I brought my wife's phone back for a screen protector the very next day. FORGET GOING TO THE MALL, OMAR HAS YOU COVERED! read more

So my iPhone software crashed and I called Apple and took my phone into a certified Apple dealer and they couldn't turn it on. They recommended I pay them $500 for something I didn't do. I came in and under 20 mins he had my phone back in for $25. They forever got my service. read more

Highly recommend this place. They always have great prices and service! Look for Omar!

This place is great! Phone screen broke early in the day so I gave them a call, showed up 10 min later, watched an episode of friends (he has a TV set up in the lobby) and it was done in less than 20 min! Reasonably priced, friendly, quick service. Hopefully I won't need another screen repair soon, but if I do, I'm coming straight hear. Thank you again! read more

I think I've written a review for them already, but just in case, I thought I'd sing their praises again. Love Cell Phone Repair House! They are honest, fast, and less expensive than other shops. I've had multiple screens replaced in minutes, computer screens fixed, phones fixed that weren't working and thought they were going to wind up trash. They always go above and beyond to help and don't nickel and dime you. I love these guys! read more

Best repair place!... Used them multiple times! Great prices, super polite, nice quality!

Super friendly and fast service at a great price! My iphone 5 was dropped and a corner of display popped out of the case. The screen had a few cracks, was unresponsive, and had rows of white squares along the top and bottom of the screen. I thought it was hopeless after taking it to the Apple store where the Genius bar quoted a repair to be $250 and told me that they might actually break my phone even more if they tried repairing it! So, I called around a few local shops and found that this place was the most affordable. I took my phone here and they did a complete LCD and screen replacement in about 40 minutes and it only cost $70. Mike, the one who fixed my phone was super friendly and even put a free screen protector on my phone for checking in on Yelp. Now my phone works beautifully and the new screen is protected. On top of that, they also provide a 30-day warranty so you can take it in again if anything goes wrong. Thank you so much for the amazing service! read more

I stopped at this repair store to get my Iphone 5s screen replaced, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the guy at the front desk. He introduced himself & was able to give me good pricing and it only took about 15 minutes, I also got a free screen protector because I checked in! Friendly staff, fast and convenient. I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

Good fast and cheap service here. One of those you get what you pay for things. Had a problem with the guy here about getting a housing changed his customer service at first was great the first time I was there next visit didn't seem to pleasant he told me one ring over the pogo one and then changed it all up once I got there and at it all he just left me hanging there with his Oscar buddy to charge me no receipt or any happy gestures was given to me by this guy. Once again YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. read more

Cell Phone Repair House helped us out in a pinch to fix a damaged charging part for a Galaxy smartphone. They had the part in store and were able to swap it out in less than 2 hours. The port was working good as new, however it seemed that in the process the antenna started having some issues. They offered a 30 day warranty and gladly replaced the charging port again, ever since that time it has been working *better* than when we first got the phone. Thank you! read more

Great quality and speed of service! I have a IPhone 4s (don't judge me!) and last night my screen shattered and went black, but the backlight and Siri still worked so I knew it was just the screen. Called ahead and was given a quote over the phone. I went in shortly after and it took only about 25 minutes to be entirely repaired! Definitely would recommend his work to anyone. Great work and great prices! read more

Took my daughter's iPhone 5 here for repair-(*bloated battery making screen to pop out) Omar was very honest with the repair cost even gave me a discount since it was all the money I had from my wallet.*from repair cost of $40 to $35. CPRH expertly removed a broken sim card tray in my Samsung Galaxy S8. The sim card tray was broken when removing the prior sim card and part of the tray was stuck inside the GS8. I was able to get the larger part of the tray out (along with the sim card) but the rest of the tray was stuck in the phone. Within half an hour, CPRH removed the tray and installed the new tray I had previously purchased along with a new sim. The GS8 is back to functioning perfectly. While CPRH was in there, they also addressed an issue I had with the front facing camera being "foggy". Apparently, the glue from the new screen that was installed by a prior cell phone repair business, had dried & spread over the front camera causing foggy pictures. CPRH was able to clean off the extraneous glue and now my front camera pictures are clear. read more

Super fast and friendly repair service! After reading the reviews here, I came to this repair store to get my iPhone 4s repaired. Oscar greeted greeted me from the front desk and was able to tell me right away that the screen needed to be replaced and gave me a free quote. I asked how long it would take, expecting that I'd have to return in a couple of days, and was pleasantly surprised when he said it'd only take 20 minutes (it ended up taking way less than that). He even cut down my old SIM card for free! You get a free screen protector (Oscar put it on for me) if you check in. read more

Busted the LCD on an iPhone 6s at 5:30pm on a Wednesday night; called these guys up to find they had everything in stock and could fix it while we waited. Jammed down, entire process took 20 minutes and the phone was like new. He even hooked us up with a better case and glass screen protected at a deal (we didn't ask for a discount) because we were already in for an LCD. I will definitely be back as my wife continues to reaffirm the fact that we just can't own nice things. read more
