I've been using Tech-Boys for years now, and every experience has been great. They're always on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient and quick to respond, often on the same day that I call. Dean has hooked up all my computers and kept them running no matter how badly I mess them up, even one laptop I've had since 2009; we call it my "dinosaur". I absolutely trust them, and their prices are very reasonable. If possible, they'll resolve my problem over the phone for no charge. Even though my newest computer is covered by the Geek Squad, I call Eric and Dean because I trust them and they never let me down. Plus, they never make me feel stupid, even though I'm an old lady and about as low-tech as you can get. In an age when it's hard to find great service at a good price, I really appreciate Tech-Boys. I very much recommend this small, local business to anyone with a computer to hook-up or one that's not working as it should. You won't be sorry! read more

My family and I have used Tech-Boy for at least ten years. Eric is the technician we've come to know and trust. It amazes me the speed he is able to navigate many different approaches to determine the problem. Just today, I had a "serious" problem { to me anyways} and he emailed a couple of questions and suggestions. Through guessing and luck on my part, I was able to solve the issue without having a home visit. When searching for my new computer, I will have Eric assist in the transfers and set up procedures so it is done right. My background is in high end video production as a director and producer. I always relied on the technical directors and in house IT. We all have our strengths; Tech Boys is all things computers. read more

Had a technician come to to my house to fix a network issue. My Husband's computer was not staying connected at all and my printers wouldn't work on the network. The techboy gentlemen came out and was nice. He educated me on what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very knowledgeable guy and I trusted his word. He found out I had another router on my network that didn't need to be there. He removed it and asked to order another device to put in my house to boost my children's rooms. We said yes and he came out another time once he got the other device to install it so that my 2 boys could go on the wifi. Works so great and they love the new netflixs we got them. Highly recommended. read more

I've been with Eric at Tech Boy for five+ years. They have always answered my phone message immediately if I don't speak directly to them. My appt to fix whatever is wrong with my computer is usually the next day AND.... they have weekend service by appt! Just the other day a message with lights and sirens showed up on my cmptr screen saying a trojen horse infected my computer and to call a particular number. Eric to the rescue. I took a picture of my screen and texted it to him and immediately got back "SCAM. Delete it." Thank you Eric!!!! I've recommended Tech Boys to several people and businesses and they all have the same outstanding recommendation. read more

I was referred to Tech-Boy by the second "computer guy" that couldn't fix my PC, iTunes & iPhone problems and have been using Tech-boy, in particular Albert, for over a year. Tech-Boy has been responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and fixed various problems and tuned up my PC, iPhone, iPad, laptop and got all synced with the cloud Microsoft OneDrive. The first couple of sessions, Albert came to my office. Now we do the online version where he does remote access, which I like as I can explain the issues better and learn what to do much better while I can see what he is going. read more

Tech-boy (Eric) has been to our house many times over the past several years providing solutions to a variety of issues. If your email platform is out of date Eric will quickly bring it up to speed. If your computer is running too slow Eric will get rid of the junk and increase the speed. If you're looking for somebody to fix your computer who is knowledgeable, courteous, and does it for a reasonable price, Tech-Boy is your guy. A couple of years ago I had some computer problems and called Tech-Boy to do the job. I was quite pleased with their service so when I had some other computer problems recently Tech Boy again did a great job. A little while later I inadvertently lost some important data and I called Tech-Boy and he recovered it for me at no extra charge. That's the kind of guy I like to deal with. read more

I'm 76 years old and technically challenged. My previous tech guy moved out of state and referred me to Rick (Sacramento) who came to my house to set up my new computer. He updated all my programs, transferred the old data to duplicate/mirror my old computer setup and PATIENTLY reviewed the programs with me. I messed up and had to contact him a couple of times and he was able to resolve the issues remotely. I HIGHLY recommend Rick, very responsive, professional and easy to understand. read more

Eric did it again! My computer was just acting "sick". It was slow, kept going to sleep, would not open programs, and made me very frustrated. I called Eric, he was able to clean up the problems, repair the issues, and resolve my fears. This is an excellent computer repair company. My husband and I appreciate his service. We have worked with his company since his early years in business. We recommend him and appreciate his reliable and quality service. Thank you!!! read more

I'd never go anywhere else than Tech Boys. It's hard to find honesty these days as we all know. I have referred these guys over a thousand times and still referring. --Don't waste your time with any other business because the owner Eric handles each problem with the same dedication that he's had since day one. We all know that nobody cares more about the business than the business owner himself. Thanks for being a honest hard working red blood American. read more

Eric and his crew are so good to work with. First, they really do know what they are doing. Second, they arrive when they say they will. Third, they are reasonably priced. But the main reason I use these people is that they inner act with me while they are here. I can ask them questions and they will show me answers. I can ask them to do some special applications for me and they set it up for me. They are just all around a good company. read more

We've been using Eric for quite a while (maybe 10 years). He's trustworthy and honest. He recently helped me get a new computer and set it up along with a new printer. Eric is so knowledgeable and fast. He always fixes our issues. This time I tried to update a password in the xfinity app and made a huge mess of things. He fixed it. His prices are great and we get a senior discount. Plus, Eric is also a very nice guy. Highly recommended. read more

Excellent, knowledgable and punctual service. Highly recommend Tech-Boy. He's been around since Geek Squad started. Tech-Boy is the OG mobile computer service guy. Great to see a small local business grow into what it is today. Thanks Tech-Boy crew. -satisfied customer read more

I have never had a bad experience with Tech-Boy Computer Solutions, i.e. they have always been able to answer many of my questions on the phone or if they come to my house, for a major computer problem, the problem is solved at that time. Their prices are always, what I consider, very reasonable. If I could give, this company, 6 stars I would. Signed - A completely satisfied customer!!! read more

Tech-Boy Computer Solutions is the best! I don't even know how many times they have saved our computer. The fact that they come to you .... and have the opportunity to witness the problem at the source, is extremely productive. Also, they will remote repair if they can at a reduced rate. The fees for their services are very reasonable and I have referred them to family and friends. read more
