I've been using Tech-Boys for years now, and every experience has been great. They're always on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient and quick to respond, often on the same day that I call. Dean has hooked up all my computers and kept them running no matter how badly I mess them up, even one laptop I've had since 2009; we call it my "dinosaur". I absolutely trust them, and their prices are very reasonable. If possible, they'll resolve my problem over the phone for no charge. Even though my newest computer is covered by the Geek Squad, I call Eric and Dean because I trust them and they never let me down. Plus, they never make me feel stupid, even though I'm an old lady and about as low-tech as you can get. In an age when it's hard to find great service at a good price, I really appreciate Tech-Boys. My family and I have used Tech-Boy for at least ten years. Eric is the technician we've come to know and trust. It amazes me the speed he is able to navigate many different approaches to determine the problem. Just today, I had a "serious" problem { to me anyways} and he emailed a couple of questions and suggestions. Had a technician come to to my house to fix a network issue. My Husband's computer was not staying connected at all and my printers wouldn't work on the network. The techboy gentlemen came out and was nice. He educated me on what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very knowledgeable guy and I trusted his word. He found out I had another router on my network that didn't need to be there. He removed it and asked to order another device to put in my house to boost my children's rooms. We said yes and he came out another time once he got the other device to install it so that my 2 boys could go on the wifi. Works so great and they love the new netflixs we got them. I've been with Eric at Tech Boy for five+ years. They have always answered my phone message immediately if I don't speak directly to them. My appt to fix whatever is wrong with my computer is usually the next day AND.... they have weekend service by appt! Just the other day a message with lights and sirens showed up on my cmptr screen saying a trojen horse infected my computer and to call a particular number. Eric to the rescue. I took a picture of my screen and texted it to him and immediately got back "SCAM. Delete it." Thank you Eric!!!! As usual Eric showed up on time today and very quickly solved a problem with the communication between our printer/scanner and our computer. I wasn't able to scan a document to the computer. He set up the computer with shortcuts to make the process very easy and made sure I sat down and did the process myself a few times to make sure I got it. He also checked all other functions and made sure everything was working properly. He then helped my wife with an Outlook problem on her new laptop. I was referred to Tech-Boy by the second "computer guy" that couldn't fix my PC, iTunes & iPhone problems and have been using Tech-boy, in particular Albert, for over a year. Tech-Boy has been responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and fixed various problems and tuned up my PC, iPhone, iPad, laptop and got all synced with the cloud Microsoft OneDrive.
