Stopped by on 12/20/25, with my beautiful wife and adorable toddler, I stayed in the van while my beautiful rushed in got the drinks. From the outside, the service was fast and the ambiance of the restaurant was casual since I saw multiple younger generation "hanging out." My beautiful wife got me the Caramel Cream with Oreo Crumbles. The Caramel Cream with Oreo Crumbles was overly sweet trying in its initial sip. But since stirring the drink, it made the drink taste even better. Thank you Teaspoon for a great experience.
Came by on the weekend after some shopping at the outlets. They have a kiosk/touch pad you can order from if you don't feel like talking to anyone. It was being used by another customer so one of their staff helped us put an order in at the front register. I did a custom drink with their roasted oolong milk tea and enjoyed it! I like that they have grass jelly as a topping. No parking issues in this shopping plaza. They have board games if people want to sit and hang out for a bit. They had about 4/5 tables I believe and only one was occupied when we came in so it wasn't too busy.
Hubby and I decided to get a sweet little something for the afternoon. We ordered the Strawberry Colada and Caramel Cream. My hubby enjoyed his delicious Strawberry Colada with Grass Jelly! I tried a sip and loved it, if you love smoothies I'd recommend Mango Funtime as well! I should have added the addicting Oreo to my usual Caramel Cream, but I will say I love the honey boba! The Folsom location has a shelf with games and a little library! It could be more organized, but I found a cool book about space for my 8 year old and plan on bringing them a book to replenish their stock! Nice staff too! 4/5 stars! SYOY! :-) *Song Credit: Dancing In The Moonlight by Jeff Kaale
Another great Teaspoon location to check out! This Folsom location offers what most Teaspoons do which is good customer service, a Too Good To Go option, a clean store and awesome drink and food choices! I love the bags by the counter. I have not seen these mini totes at the other locations I've been to (Roseville, Arden, Davis) These are trendy and cute! The people working here are helpful and answer questions you have. I do love the drink options at all of the Teaspoon locations. Check this place out. This Folsom location is open late, until 11pm so when you have those late night cravings, this is the place to come!
Teaspoon is one of my favorite boba places ever! They have a large menu that caters to fruity and milky palettes! I had the opportunity to attend a tasting event and it was amazing! Ai-Linh, Eddy, & all staff were attentive and kind! Great service and all questions were answered. Additionally, the ambiance is nice! There is outdoor and indoor seating! My personal favorite is the Silky Strawberry & Matcha Strawberry Royale! 10/10 for me! From the Chai Series that I got to sample the Royal Chai was my favorite with any of their foams! The cookie butter foam was my favorite! So creamy and yummy!
First Elite Event of the year! Thank you Rachel for a wonderful event planned in Folsom and a special thank you to the staff at Teaspoon for welcoming us tonight. This was my first time trying boba teas and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety available. The interior offers intimate places to sit and enjoy your teas with minimalistic decor. The variety of offerings will appeal to those who love strong coffees as well as those who appreciate fruiter and lighter teas. My personal favorites were the Lychee on Lychee and the White Peach Oolong. Finally settling on the later as my drink of choice. There's a new tea spot in town and I am looking forward to returning!
The inside of Teaspoon is very clean and bright, with plenty of seating, which is nice. It has a welcoming vibe, and they even have board games, making it a great hangout spot for teens. My daughter got the Strawberry Matcha Royale. She loves matcha, but unfortunately, the matcha flavor didn't come through for her--she found it a bit bland. However, she really enjoyed the strawberry jam and boba. Overall, she rated it 3 out of 5 stars. I ordered the Silky Strawberry, thinking it would taste like strawberry milk. While I liked it, it was a bit too sweet for me, and I couldn't finish it. One small thing--paper straws. I'm not a fan, but I appreciate Teaspoon for using them (no offense to the turtles!). Customer service was great, and the wait time was less than 10 minutes from ordering.
Thought we give this place a try bc the waitstaff said this was his favorite spot and it was on my boba to go list: Dirty Ube: missing the coffee flavor. It taste a little watered down. Maybe I should have added an extra shot. There is ube flavor but it's still a little watery Mango smoothie: Forgot the actual name but it's a Mango smoothie. Didn't add the option for the chamoy bc the kiddo doesn't like the tajin. She added strawberry popping boba. The mango smoothie was good. Didn't care for the popping boba but the kid likes it. Guava sunset: I like this drink, has a good amount of guava taste and not too sweet. My toddler loved it too. I'm surprised bc it's not a normal flavor they would drink. Overall a good place to try.
Revisited or local Teaspoon and it's still a great place to partake in a beautiful and ultra tasty boba. There's something about the look and presentation of a Teaspoon boba tea that makes it a little luxe. We loved the Grasshopper and the Black Sugar Assam. Both were delicious. One decadent and the other refreshing. The vibe of the shop is comfortable and chill. The staff is welcoming and great at preparing drinks! Highly recommend!!
WHY WE WENT HERE: - boba run THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located in a plaza off Riley St in between Glenn Dr and Wales Dr - located in the same plaza as Wendy's and O'Reilly Auto Parts THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - love the light wood tones with dark leather THE MENU: - seasonal - classics - signatures - coffee - pastries - merchandise WHAT WE ORDERED: - Mango Funtime Smoothie - Peach Freeze THE TASTE: - Mango Funtime Smoothie is always a solid choice if you're a mango lover - Peach Freeze was refreshing CUSTOMER SERVICE: - ordered through the kiosk and was called to the counter when the order was ready

My boyfriend and i absolutely luv their Roseville location but now have moved closer to Folsom area so we were super hopeful that we would have the same experience and did !! The staff is so kind & welcoming, the shop itself is never too loud which is also nice. Lots of fun games to play and plays to sit :) the drinks though were amazing as always ! I usually get the creamy jasmine, it's my favorite but today wanted something new. The strawberry colada drink was to die for !! I think I might have a new favorite. 10/10 will keep coming back here ! read more

They were having a BOGO deal for their grand opening. Not all toppings on the menu are available right now, which was a bit disappointing - no almond pudding and grass jelly, although they do have many other toppings. Brown sugar crystal boba is different. We got - Guava sunset - Assam milk teas - Build your own is made with tea bags, whereas the classic is made with a concentrate. The tea could have been stronger though. They can do sugar levels like 10% too, which is what I got. Without the BOGO deal, I think regular price is a bit more expensive than some teahouses. They have lots of board games available if you want to hangout and enjoy your drinks and/or snacks read more

Another boba place in Folsom I had teaspoon before in Roseville and I really enjoyed it so I was really excited knowing they will be opening one in Folsom! They had some samples the day we went, which is so nice. I wanted something fresh so I got the creamy jasmine tea, my hubby got the white crystal which is white grape infused oolong tea with crystal boba. Both taste good, will be back soon!! :D read more

I ordered a small catering from this place (3 tea travelers) and it's actually my first time getting something like this from a boba shop and I'm glad I chose Teaspoon. I also had a Tastea jug -- Peach Me Sweetea -- but that wasn't popular at all with the people due to the design. I did a lot of research in all the boba shop in the region and I decided with Teaspoon because of the design they use. It's genius. Having a box design where people can just pull the lever and it comes out easily is amazing. I know it's simple but all the other boba shop catering is just a normal jug and it comes out on top so I'd have to hold it to pour it -- which is why the tastea jug was unpopular. Next time we get a bigger party, we may have to get 6 or 7 because the 3 tea traveler got destroyed halfway through. The only reason why we ended up not getting more is that we were 40 mins away (we were secluded somewhere at Folsom lake). My only real concern was the poor girl who was working alone to make the 3 tea traveler alongside a a few personal drinks from us. She was able to get it all done on a timely manner though so that was perfect. Anyways, if you're looking for boba catering, this franchise and especially this location is perfect for it. Their box design just works well. Oh and as a side note, the box is plentiful, there were approximately 50 folks in our party and at that amount, 5 or 6 would've been perfect but we were unaware of the amount of people coming in at the time. So 10-15 people per tea traveler is standard but I'd lean in closer to 10. Unless they love boba and they get 2-3 servings each then I'd say 7 people per tea traveler in that instance. read more

Was looking for something refreshing and I stopped at Teaspoon. They don't do sugar adjustments for their Thai tea, but it was fine with me. I also tried my partner's Redbull Sunset and it's really good (better than Dutch Bros). Super fast service and friendly, friendly staff! Can't wait to try the Golden Brew next time. read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sam was the absolute sweetest and helped my husband and I decide on a drink. we are a little picky due to dietary restrictions and she wasn't bothered at all. This is the best customer service we have had in a long time. my husband loves these drinks and says it's worth the further drive to come to this location due to the customer service and amazing drinks. read more

I heard so much nice thing about teaspoon from my friends who live in the Bay Area and was so excited to try when it opened in Folsom. I think they have super friendly service and very cute aesthetics, however, the quality of the drinks did not really meet our expectations. I ordered a strawberry colada and also got to try the lychee on lychee and creamy jasmine that my friends ordered. The strawberry colada was super cute, but it was a bit too sweet, and I was not able to adjust the sweetness level. The colada flavor was also sooo strong that I could not taste the strawberry at all. The lychee on lychee tasted like plain black tea while I was expecting STRONG lychee flavor as the name suggested :( The creamy jasmine had the same problem and tasted like green tea without much of jasmine aroma. Also a little disappointed that there was no soft opening discounts But overall I enjoyed my visit! I'm sure that with proper adjustment to their recipes, this place will be my favorite boba place in Folsom!! read more

Been a fan for a while, now that they're in Folsom we continue to visit. We have enjoyed creamy Jasmine, grasshopper, strawberry colada, lychee on lychee, dirty ube. Love that you can adjust sweetness and ice level and they have multiple topping options. This location has a board game/puzzle table for you to use while enjoying your boba. At every visit they have had 2 different flavors to taste and that has allowed us to give new flavors a try. Their macarons are also good. I would've loved this location to have more indoor seating options, hopefully they continue to grow to add more tables. Staff are friendly and have great suggestions. read more

We were immediately greeted when we came in and got offered to try their drink and dessert samples. At the time, they had the dirty ube and grasshopper drinks and the peruvian brownie. The worker that greeted us was kind, bubbly, and knowledgeable with the menu. We ended up ordering their black sugar assam, dirty ube, strawberry collada, and matcha royale. The ambience was also minimal and clean. This seems like a promising new bobba place. I personally got the strawberry collada a bit on the sweeter side but enjoyable, my husband got the black sugar assam and he liked it as well. I look forward to trying out their other drinks. read more

A super busy day on the grand opening. I think their drinks were made in an efficient manner. Drinks were good! Would definitely come back again. The queue started 2 hours before the grand opening. Although it was busy, I could feel the energetic and enthusiasm and sincerity from the owners. A shout out to the lady behind the counter.( I think she's the owner's daughter). Despite all the chaos around her, she managed to serve customers in a very calm and composed manner. read more

stopped by teaspoon last sunday which was (i think) their opening day. overall the service was great, friendly staff, and the interior was clean and inviting. for the drinks i got the creamy jasmine which is like a jasmine milk tea. i thought the boba in it was good, texture and flavor was yummy. unfortunately i was disappointed with the tea flavor, i thought the tea was too watery and the jasmine taste wasnt very strong, more like sweet water with a hint of jasmine. i tried the lychee on lychee and thought that tea also lacked flavor. i also do wish they offered more than one size (a smaller size) other than that i thought it was good and just hope the tea flavor can be stronger in the future for me to visit again. excited to see a new boba shop in folsom! read more

First off who doesn't love Boba?!? I decided to host a birthday with an open Boba bar and hands down best decision ever! Boba just gets to everyone's happy spot and I wanted to share this with everyone on my bday. I was extremely excited for this and thankfully found Teaspoon. I've compared all of the drink vendors, so I'm letting you guys know this is who you want to book for boba or refreshing drink/dessert! Sarah the manager had a session of samples for me to try to make sure that what's on the menu is exactly what my guests are looking for. She is very thorough and organized down to a science on sweetness level desired too. There is some thing authentic and so wonderful about this type of service that no one really offers their customers. Price is fair and if you want to have Boba at your birthday they can have their stellar staff come out for full service or they can drop it off and it can be a self-serve, either way it's so satisfying and they will not disappoint! The Sarahs & Beatrice at Teaspoon delivered 110% on taste, service, and unique experience. read more
