I too was that person and Honolua Farms was never listed in any articles that I read but it out performed every other banana bread that I had tried throughout my trip. This was by far the BEST and my favorite banana bread in all of Maui. If you like coconut this is the place for you. The edges of the bread are caramelized giving it extra sweetness and topped with coconut shavings. This stand can be quick to miss if you're driving too fast but it's in a very cute area with a lot of nature that you can walk around in across the street and visit the locals (aka the chickens) that roam around. I loved this place so much I had come went to Safeway to buy tupperware to bring some home. 10/10 recommend.

Once I walked a bit and I found their stand and I got in line. They offer a a few items on their menu and I opted for the papa bowl. It's half of a papaya hollowed out with a scoop of Açaí and various sliced fruits piled around. You get to pick two toppings I went with granola and coconut flakes. Everything tasted so great and fresh. The knife cuts on the fruit is something to admire. It was so good that I got another papaya bowl two days later. They seem to be open four days a week and on their website they have listed what hotel they are nearby.
