The coffees: They have all the regular espresso drinks, and also Turkish coffee and of course Yemeni, their specialty. I had heard great things about Yemeni coffee and was exciting to try it. My first drink, a traditional coffee drink called Jubani ($6) contained coffee but was watery like a tea. It had also ginger and cinnamon. I was not expecting it to be like a tea. I immediately told the cashier I didn't like the drink and would like just an Americano, double shot espresso. I was charged $9 for a 12 oz cup. No cream or sugar, no added flavorings. If I were in charge I wouldn't have charged for this second drink, since it comes at almost zero cost to them and would show good faith and ensure repeat business. Disappointingly, the Americano was also watery and sort of "lemony", but I still drank half while sitting with my friend. I'll say that my friend had some sort of an iced latte that she enjoyed. I might try a second visit and order a Turkish coffee, but I will make sure to have had a full meal before.
