The only boba shop in pacifica, to my knowledge. Pretty good spot, definitely a limited selection of teas. I usually get the taro milk tea. I just recently saw they have a "managers special" board near the door, which you will definitely miss unless you're looking for it (when you're at the register, turn around). I wish I would have saw it before I ordered last because it's was a pretty cool special (taro milkshake or smoothie I think). They also have Mitchell's ice cream available if you are into that. The bobas usually fresh, staffs friendly enough, I'll be back for sure. Though it would be nice to see some more options on the menu, maybe a non dairy milk option too (as I'm lactose intolerant). The guy working alone tonight was nice and helpful, but the jasmine milk tea reached a new level of weak for me. I almost felt like I was drinking water -- that diluted taste you get when you let your iced drink sit for over an hour and the ice has melted and watered down your drink. The chewy boba is sweetened with honey and the drink itself tasted like it was sweetened with granulated sugar. On the plus side, my 24 oz drink was under $4 and included one topping. I've been coming here pretty regularly because it's literally a 5 minute drive away from me and it tastes just as good as other boba places. Prices used to be cheaper at some point (the 16 oz. was originally $3.10 and it increased in increments of 50 cents per larger size and they offer 24 oz, 28 oz, and 32 oz.) but currently as of December 2018 the base price for the 16 oz. drink is now $3.50 and still increase in increments of 50 cents. I am pretty basic with my boba, I always order a plain black milk tea or taro milk tea with lychee jelly and I'm never disappointed! Tea World also has pretty good promotions -- if you order 2 drinks between 6-8 pm, you can get a free upgrade on both drinks. Using their frequent buyer app, Flok, lets you check in every time you visit and you can also get a free upgrade through that app. Like most boba places, you can get a frequent buyer stamp card (or utilize the app and have them virtually scan things) and every 10 drinks earns you a free drink! Overall, there isn't anything particularly special about this place, but I truly enjoy the taste of the drinks I get here and for the price :) I come here pretty regularly to get my boba fix and/or to go thrifting at the Plato's Closet next door and it's always a good time! Very small place located in a plaza. Plenty of parking since it is a small plaza. About a block away from a high school so it gets pretty packed with high school kids. Customer service: ok, slow service, sort of friendly staff For my order I got honey black milk tea and lychee black milk tea. This place does not offer sweetness percentage so I totally forgot to adjust my drink. The usual i go for my drinks are 50% sweet. My drink was super sweet. It just tasted like honey. Same with the lychee, it only tasted like lychee syrup. Did not taste tea at all. Boba was chewy which was nice. Overall would not be coming back here any time soon. Drinks are way too sweet. HOLY COW. If you're ever in the mood for boba, but is on a spending limit or just want to save money then you should definitely consider coming here to get your boba fix. Prices are SO inexpensive with the smallest size (16 oz.) only costing $2.00 and the largest size (32 oz.) costing $3.50. And they also sell Mitchell's ice cream so no more going to SF or to the supermarket to get your fix. The set up here is the same as Tpumps. You choose the size of the cup you want, add in your flavors, toppings, and then decide on whether you want milk or not. The cost of the drink already includes a topping so any extra topping you may want is going to cost you an extra 50 cents. This place is located in Eureka Square which is where Dinosaurs 3 is also located in case anyone knows that place. It's actually pretty easy to get to after you get off of Sharp Park Road. And it's located next to a place called City Arms. Since they don't have their sign up yet, you should definitely keep your eyes open for City Arms. Tea World is located on the right side of City Arms. The inside of this place is pretty small. If it gets busy in here then it could definitely get cramped. There's a small couch area on the left side and a single chair on the right side so I would definitely recommend getting your drink and drinking it elsewhere. And they do take card as long as you have a minimum of $10. Service is friendly. The owner was really nice and he told us how he had his own sausage business, and wanted to expand and so this place came to be and they use premium tea and everything. Definitely worth trying at least once. I got their matcha milk tea with boba and although the matcha was sort of mild in flavor, the drink itself was still pretty good. It was WAY too sweet and I think I made it worse when I added strawberry boba. It was the popping boba kind. First time trying popping boba. It was a regular boba size and when bit into, it was like a burst of strawberry jelly. It was interesting at first then it just became too much. I brought it back and they said they add malt and Jasmine tea which I didn't ask for and instead of fixing it they said sorry for the confusion. First time trying Tea World so I always get the regular black milk tea with boba at 50% sweetness to gauge any spot and it was awful. There was little to no tea flavor and was extremely bitter despite being looking normal and containing milk. There was also very little boba and they tasted kinda of old. The drink was absolutely unacceptable and I'm baffled at how other reviewers think it's okay and even good. I'm hoping that my drink was a freak accident and I was just unlucky. This place is a hidden gem for cheap and good boba. Their drink sizes have blessed my cravings for large quantities of boba. I always get the 32oz and I never regret it. We all really liked what we got. I love almonds and the toasted almond ice cream was packed with almonds. I loved it so much that my best friend and I came back the next day. I hen tried the peach mango milk tea with boba and she got banana nut smoothie with boba without nuts. Both were delicious. I asked for my tea to be less sweetened and it came out perfect! Unfortunately, in the 10 minutes or so that we were there, two of their three customers complained that their drinks tasted too watered down. Workers there were great though. Inexpensive but considering the size...you could probably get a bigger size for $3.00 in SF or San Mateo... They do accept cards but there's a $10 minimum. So if you're paying for 3+ people, then definitely go for it! If not, you can still use your card technically, there'll be a $0.50 fee. You decide if it's worth it. The drinks itself though are legit!!! It's as good as Super Cue and Beach & Boba. Pretty spectacular. Definitely better than Quickly's, Eggettes, and Teaway (personally).
