We were walking around in the shopping plaza and decided to check it out wanting a sweet treat. It seemed like a lot of the customers were regulars bringing out their stamp cards and they had some interesting drink options on the posters like the Mangga Con Yelo. I liked that it was a build your own kind of menu with so many options to choose from and the drinks came out very soon after we ordered. Mango Green Milk Tea w/ Lychee and Boba - It was the perfect amount of sweetness for me with a balanced level of mango flavor and they filled it with so much toppings. The boba was soft and chewy as well. I originally got the 16oz size but they were having a free upgrade on Monday & Tuesdays, which they were very kind about letting us know. My sister got the Mangga Con Yelo which she enjoyed with shaved ice with rich mango flavors. We would go back to try more of their unique drinks!

90 Eureka Square, Ste E Pacifica, CA 94044 (nextdoor to City Arms) Tea World is a "hole in the wall" place located in Pacifica's Eureka Square shopping center. The storefront looks big, but the counter is surprisingly small. It sort of looks like they set it up for the "Covid pandemic days" and never changed it back to normal. There's no indoor or outdoor seating. There's a bench and seats for waiting, but the tiny lobby gets crowded fast when a line forms. After having lunch with family, I decided to cruise around Pacifica a bit. Using the Yelp app, I noticed Tea World offered coffee/tea and ice cream. Okay, I didn't get much sleep, so maybe coffee and ice cream would be a good combo to try. After waiting in line, the nice young lady took my order. I ordered: - Vanilla Latte, 16oz, Cold, $5.25 - 2 Scoops in a Cup, Chocolate and Coffee Ice Cream, $7.75 (Total: $13.00, no tax) How was it? It was just okay..... The Vanilla Latte tasted like it came from a carton and was pre-mixed. It had no caffeine kick to it. It's okay as a cold beverage. The chocolate ice cream was excellent. It was rich, creamy, and soothing. The coffee ice cream was grainy and gritty. It tasted okay, but had a weird texture like it had sand in it. So overall. a fair experience at Tea World. Free parking.

Tried Tea World's ice cream once again and still the same $6.25 for a single scoop is highway robbery. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the money. Not recommended.

Malted Thai Tea 16oz

As we entered the shop, I thought it was neutral and very simple with little decor plastered on the walls. I wanted some tea after my meal in a neighboring restaurant and really didn't expect much since I had never heard of Tea World before. The young lady was friendly as she told us to ring the bell whenever we were ready. Decided on malted Thai milk tea after asking her how malt changed the drink's taste. She said it added a roasted flavor. Sure, why not?? Especially since this is the first time I've ever seen malt as an option. MALTED THAI TEA: At 50% sweetness, this was just right for me. The Thai tea flavor ends up being a little muted but the malt clearly does its part. If you like the inside of Whopper candies, it tastes just like that with a hint of Thai tea flavor. I expect that the chocolate milk tea with added malt would taste exactly like a whopper. I actually really enjoyed the drink and would go back to try the malted milk tea shake next time I'm in town. Note: It's 50¢ extra to add malt to a drink. They also sell Mitchell's icecream as well. I would usually comment on the tea quality at boba shops, but I didn't try any of the brewed black/green/oolong teas this time. Don't sleep on the malted drinks though!

This is like an airport kiosk boba shop. Small hole in the wall boba shop. Lackluster and hard boba. Very chewy and I don't think it was cooked through. They don't have cream on top of their tea drinks to add. So, you're basically limited to milk and tea, or just tea. They have Mitchell's ice cream here, too. Not my type of tea shop, but if you're stuck in Pacifica then I guess it's this or nothing.

The service was quick but the associates weren't very engaged with helping with the menu. The tiger milk tea was delicious but the taro milk tea was pretty bland. The taro ice cream was delicious. The boba was fresh.

After spending the day catching nothing but water and seaweed at the nearby Pacifica Pier with some friends, I decided to at least end the day on a sweet note with some boba. Using my trusty Yelp app, I found that Tea World was pretty close by, so decided to give them a try. Located in a small, outdoor strip mall, this location is a bit unassuming and easy to miss. The interior was clean, and the only employee inside I saw was wearing a mask. They offer several different cup sizes to choose from, and prices were all VERY reasonable. In fact, for the majority of topping types, the 1st topping was included in the drink price at no additional charge! Not feeling like experimenting, I opted to go with my usual go-to flavor of passion fruit oolong tea, with honey boba. For only 1 girl behind the counter manning both the register, and making drinks, the turnaround time was pretty decent. Stood around for maybe 10mins, before she had already completed all the orders in front of me, and had my drink ready as well. While there are certainly boba joints out there that exceed Tea World's quality of either boba, or premium tea, the drink itself was fairly good in both respects, and certainly had a generous portion of boba topping included. I never knew of a good boba stop in Pacifica until now. But will definitely be stopping by more consistently whenever I'm in the area!

They sell Mitchell's ice cream here! Ube flavor is great with some ube pieces as well. Color looks not artificial and great creamy and flavor. 1 Scoop is $5.50 so I recommend getting 2 scoops for just a bit more or get a pint would be the best bang for your buck.

Wanted to try this place after an afternoon walk. Got the tiger milk tea with boba and Oreo malted milk tea shake Tiger milk tea - it was fine but the tea was lacking something. Sweetness was perfect. The boba was chewy and flavorful/sweet. Malted milk tea shake - this really intrigued me so I wanted to give it a try. The malt flavor was very light. I couldn't really taste the tea but the husband said he could tell there was tea in it. Overall, it was more of an Oreo milk shake with a hint of malt. Not bad, but not sure it was worth 4.75! They serve Mitchell's ice cream here. The store itself is pretty small, you walk in and there's enough for 1-2 parties to be inside. I appreciated all the mask/social distancing signs. Parking lot has plenty of spots

Service was excellent! Boba place to go and must try their Halohalo. Well recommended.

Tiger Milk Tea with Honey Boba 28oz

Another day another boba shop. Tea World is a small, but solid boba shop in Pacifica with plenty of parking also. I went here after getting food nearby and I got a 28oz Tiger Milk Tea. It wasn't too expensive as it was over $6 total. Their Tiger Milk Tea lacked much tea flavor and I was mostly tasting sugar in my drink, but overall it was still good. Some of the boba were sticking together and some were not as chewy as others. Their drinks just aren't anything noteworthy in my opinion. It might sound highly offensive to compare a boba shop to Quickly, but their Tiger Milk Tea definitely tasted like something I would get from there which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Also when I went there they didn't use sealed lids like I saw in other review's photos. I'm typically not a fan of boba shops that don't use sealed lids, but it's okay as long as the lid was closed well to avoid spilling. Unfortunately it was not so my hoodie enjoyed some of my boba also. The customer service is pretty good and everyone working there is very friendly. Personally, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if you live in Pacifica and are near the area then this isn't a bad option for boba at all. It was also pretty busy when I went too which was around 3 on a weekday where students just got off school nearby.

24 oz (L), 28 oz (R) Actual- both cups are about the same size

Tiny hole in the wall tea and ice cream shop, but a good selection of flavors. I got one of my fave combos - matcha and ube!

Good drinks, service was quick, but just average friendliness, wish they offered slushes (similar to freezes at Eggettes); less dairy based.

Brew Cha - Tiramisu Milk Tea and Oreo Matcha

I went for the Oreo Thai Iced Tea, which is exactly what it sounds like: Thai tea topped with Oreo crumbles. It wasn't bad at all, but I found the two flavors didn't quite complement each other as they kind of just coexisted in the same cup rather than coming together into something greater. I think blending everything together might actually unlock the combination better, so that could be worth trying if you're curious about this one. One thing to note: I ordered with regular ice, and since the tea itself is served warm at the base, the ice melted pretty quickly so my drink went lukewarm within about 10 minutes. If you're ordering something similar, I'd definitely recommend asking for extra ice to keep things cold longer. Overall, a good boba spot with a fun menu worth exploring. I'll be back but I just know now to branch out and try something different next time.

Area is kept well clean & tidy and also teeny tiny! I got the lychee peach tea that almost tasted tisane equivalent (in a good way haha), the right amount of sweetness to tea ratio for me. Service was relatively quick, will have to make another stop to try the food! They also have stamp cards that you can use to redeem for their tote or free drink!!!

We were probably thirsty from our 2 1/2 hour drive from Monterey, grubbing on the rich and tasty food from Original Joe's, and walking around the bumping shopping center. Wifey is always in the mood for boba, coffee, or flavored tea. We turned to our trustworthy Yelp app and found Pit Stop Boba Shop. Pretty cool to find a boba shop inside a Arco gas station. Besides the uniqueness of its location, Pit Stop served arguably one of the most refreshing and tasty drinks we've had. I knocked it down to 4.5 stars because one of the gas pumps has a skimmer and I was alerted by my bank of a fraudulent charge. Buyer beware buying gas from this gas station. Pit Stop is on the corner of Gellert Blvd. and Westborough Blvd. It's across from another gas station that houses a Subway and Chase bank is across the way. If you're bewildered pulling into an Arco gas station to buy boba, you are not in the wrong location. Pit Stop shares the Arco convenience store where you would normally buy snacks, sodas, and candy, which you also could purchase. The convenience store and Pit Stop are independent businesses, so if you want a boba, you'll need to place your order at their register. Parking consists of what any gas station usually has, so we just parked at one of the gas pumps since we had to get gas. There aren't any tables to chillax and I'm sure most of their business is to go orders. The decor fits the gas station theme with its order counter looking like an industrial tool box, auto service ads plastered on the wall, and other knick knacks. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and got our drink order out pretty quickly. This would be a true statement for Pit Stop. I went to get gas, but came home with some boba. The menu consists of specialty drinks, instructions to make your own drink, and they also sell snacks. This was our first time visiting a boba shop hidden inside a gas station and you might be thinking there's no way quality drinks can come out of a gas station. I can assure you that you would be wrong. I highly recommend you order their #4 specialty drink, the TooTea FruiTea, because it was refreshing, sweet, and tasty. This drink comes with strawberry, peach, mango, organic green tea, and actual strawberry, mango, and pineapple bits. I really enjoyed the combination of the different fruit flavors and the chewy treats of the fruit pieces. My wife ordered their #2 specialty drink, the Lychee Peachberry, and just like me, she really enjoyed her drink. I would have never thought that a boba shop inside a gas station would serve memorable drinks. The Pit Stop Boba Shop is not only a memorable place, but it has drinks that makes it worthwhile for you to make a pit stop. Just make sure to check for any skimmers if you're buying gas at the Arco.

But through the years, I would see a crowd of people every time I'd pass by. I often wondered what the hype was and what these people were ordering?! My daughter was drinking a Coco3 drink the other day and it wasn't your typical boba drink, so I asked what it was. She told me it was a Coco Crave ~ one of her favorite drinks! So last night after dinner, I decided to check out this fav drink of hers! The shop is clean, well kept, and actually pretty new since they moved into another unit in the same outdoor mall/plaza. In front, there are 2 kiosks to take your order. Pretty convenient since the staff are usually in the back making drinks. *** M Y P I C K *** COCO CRAVE ~ (coconut juice, coco cube, jade jelly, coconut meat, jelly boba, basil seed) at 25% sweetness level.
