They give you ice on the side in a bag

Coco3 has been in this plaza near Costco, Grocery Outlet and Chevys for a long time but they recently moved closer to UPS. We stopped in today to try a drink. Their menu is very different from typical boba shops. You definitely must like coconut! There are 2 kiosks and the store is both huge and clean. Drinks are made fairly quickly. We got the Fruitylicious for $7.50 Coconut juice String jelly Jackfruit Lychee Palm seed Jade jelly Reminds me of those Vietnamese drinks we get in San Jose -- very refreshing and I love that you can customize just about everything for your drink! Zero sugar fan!!

Coco mango, coco for avo, stop & go (left to right)

Lowkey rly good!! Stop & go 8/10 - reminiscent of BAMBU drinks - basically Che with less toppings - has red ruby (water chestnut in tapioca), green jade (tapioca noodle thing), and jack fruit - regular sweet is perfectly sweet - coconut milky but not too watery Coco mango 10/10 - if you're into heytea then this is the drink for you - regular sweet is perfect for me but I can see people wanting less - mango tastes fresh and different from the mango smoothies at pho restaurants - nice smooth coconut cream that really ties the drink together Coco for avo 7/10 - a LOT of fresh avocado in the drink - hard to drink as a drink because of the large chunks of avocado (they give you a spoon) - regular sweet is perfect - has tapioca and boba inside - overall really good but not sure if I'd get it again bc I'm not a big avocado fan -- I only got it bc it's popular here You order at an iPad, the store was pretty empty. Drinks came out rly fast!! Overall, not much to say about the service but I will come back to get the coco mango drink again!!

Thai Brulee and Stop & Go

This was definitely a hidden gem! You walk in and there's plenty of seating for large groups. There's so many options on the menu but what's great is that they have 2 self-order kiosks available so you can customize your drinks however you please. My husband tried the Stop & Go (Coconut Milk, Jade jelly, jackfruit & red ruby) which was absolutely delicious. He said it reminded him of drinks he would get when he was back in Indonesia. I got the Thai Brulee with red bean added (Crème Brulee, Thai Tea) and that was pretty good too. I just love it because it tasted like an Asian version of an icee. We also ordered the Coco Avocado blend and the Coco Mango for my cousins and they loved it! If you come here, don't leave without getting an order of those Custard Bells because it's so good when it's freshly made and warm! So worth the wait considering the drinks came out pretty fast. We're definitely coming back to try the other flavors.

The drinks were decent. We ordered through the kiosk and waited about five minutes. One of the drinks was dripping, and we had to wait for someone to come out from the back since the napkins are kept behind the counter. Overall, the drinks were just okay, but the interior was clean and well maintained. Bathroom needs a little cleaning.

New spot (moved down a little bit in same plaza as initial spot), same refreshing boba drinks with quality ingredients and fresh fruit. Staff is nice. Shop is clean.

A must-try! I thought it was delicious -- the coco mango was especially tasty. The staff was super nice, and parking was easy since it's located in a strip mall.

We were craving a sweet treat after dinner and randomly found coco3 on google maps. It was getting pretty late so there wasn't a line when we went in and ordered from the kiosk at the front. They had a variety of drinks that included coconut in it which was what we were craving and looking for at the time. Coco Mango - Coconut and mango always go well together and this was so refreshing. I loved that it tasted and was made with real fruit like the mango chunks at the top. It was so light and the slushy consistency was perfect. The coconut and fresh fruit flavors of our drinks were amazing. For a light treat or a hot day, I would highly recommend getting if you're in the South City area.

    Coco for avo

This coconut based dessert and drink spot is so good. I got the coco for avo. It's one of the most popular dessert. It's basically cubed avocado with boba and basil seeds. Super refreshing. I got 70% less sweet. Self order with at the kiosk.

Coco for Avo and Coconut Juice with coconut meat, coconut cubes, and jackfruit

First time trying this spot out--it caught my attention because I've never been to a spot where you can customize and make your own coconut juice. If you don't want to customize, they also have a variety of specialty dessert drinks, coconut blends, fruit blends, coffee, and more. I ended up getting the Coco for Avo 75% sweet and enjoyed it. The boba was nice and chewy and avocados were perfectly ripe. My fiancé made his own 3 item coconut juice which included coconut cubes, jackfruit, and coconut meat. The overall drink was very refreshing, but he didn't care for the jackfruit which he probably would pass up on next time or maybe add it on the side instead. He mentioned not liking the syrupy taste of the jackfruit which overpowered the coconut juice flavor. The place is pretty spacious and clean and ordering is by self-service kiosk so there is very little human interaction. Overall, I would definitely go here again and try other drinks when I'm in the area.

    Coconut Milk Dessert

I got their create your own dessert with coconut milk. I got palm seed, white bean, jade jelly, lychee, boba, and cococube as the toppings. It was like a drink and dessert all in one cup. The cocomilk was refreshing and the toppings were great to munch on. Their boba had a really good chew to it. You'll def have to switch between the straw and spoon tho. Ordering was through a kiosk so it was super easy. Drinks came out relatively quick as well.

I tried the Coco Crave with 50% sweet and less ice; it was really refreshing and delicious! I think adjusting the sweetness to 30% next time would be perfect, it's definitely a sweet drink. Though all the toppings combined tasted great (loved the jade jelly in particular, so chewy!), it was a little bit difficult to drink. The jelly cubes and coconut meat were too big to fit through the straw so I had to take off the lid and use the straw to spoon it into my mouth. It was kind of a hassle. Regardless, it was a tasty, albeit pricey, drink and contained the right amount of coconut flavor. I'd come back again to try other drinks on their menu!

    sharp plastic object

I had a really concerning experience here. I ordered the Coco Crave drink and found a sharp piece of plastic inside it and almost swallowed it. This is a serious safety issue that could have caused injury. Very disappointed, especially since I've come here before. Quality control should prevent something like this. I hope management takes this seriously

I've been to the Grocery Outlet in this plaza several times, but never noticed this spot until I was searching for coffee/drinks after having lunch in downtown South SF. There was a good amount of indoor bar and table seating but it seemed like most people took their orders to go. Our order: Create Your Own Dessert with Coconut Milk and 6 Items (Grass Jelly, Jade Jelly, Jackfruit, Lychee, Basil Seed, Panna Cotta) at 0% ice and 50% sweetness: $6.75 +Perfect sweetness and refreshing: My fave toppings were the Jade Jelly (chewy pandan flavored jelly), Jackfruit, and Panna Cotta. +Straw was durable: Looked like bamboo +Spoon was provided to eat the toppings at the end, which was appreciated. Latte: $5.75 +Coffee was strong and the milk added creaminess. -Very hot: It was served in a plastic cup, which made it very hard to hold and drink even though there was a paper sleeve. Paper cups would be a better option for hot drinks. Side notes: 1.) Order at the tablet or press the button to order with the cashier. The lowest sweetness option on the tablet is 25%, so order with the cashier if you want 0% sweetness. 2.) Restrooms available for customers. 3.) Free parking in Winston Manor Center lot Verdict: Wide variety of caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks w/friendly service. It was a one woman show. She answered my questions about the menu and provided recommendations. I want to return to try their Custard Bells and more of their drinks!
