It is so fragrant and so delicious. My partner was looking for a gift for his mother and wanted a special kind of tea that is a flower and basically blooms when you steep it, and this place that had it. Looking over the menu I saw that they were offering a strawberry matcha which I had to get. The matcha they use is the viral Marukyu Koyamean's Isuzu, which is refreshing and light. Paired with the strawberry and oat milk it was a perfect blend of sweetness, refreshing, and creamy. As I was waiting for my drink, I walked around and noticed a back section with tables and chairs. Assuming that it's for people to sit down to enjoy their drinks. I was also told by staff at they serve alcoholic drinks after 6PM (if I remember correctly). The owner, Marisha, was there just like 24 years ago, helping me select tea for my visitor. House of Tea has diverse teas from different parts of the world. I chose 2 classic ones - Earl Grey and Assam (with floral flavor) and also teas from Java and Africa. Their tea turned out to be a perfect Torontonian gift for my visitor.
