On top of that, they're asking for tip even though there is no direct service involved. I love cheesecake flavoured cold foam so I tried their Iced Cheesecake Matcha Latte. Iced matcha latte over eleven dollars is pure daylight robbery imo. You pay an additional one dollar if you want to substitute it for an oat milk. For the premium price you paid you would expect the matcha drink will have that earthy, green tea flavour but not in this case. This is also one of those places that doesn't let you customize ice level so you're left with an over diluted drink that you can barely taste the matcha flavour. Their cakes aren't any better specifically the matcha roll cake. Tasted blah and has an underwhelming matcha filling. Yes the cake is soft but at the same time tasted gummy and has a dense texture which gives off a floury flavour. Cute little shop that also sells some pastries as well as freshly roasted beans (roasted within a week when I went). The front lady was super helpful in helping me figure out what drink to get, ended up with salted vanilla latte with mixed berry foam w/ half sweet (half syrup pumps). It was quite delicious, the latte wasn't too sweet and the mixed berry cold foam was also a good fruity addition. I couldn't really taste the salted part tho. They also have the salted vanilla pump as an add on, I also saw other flavors including vanilla cardamom which I think I also would've liked. I also tried their raspberry scone which was solid though not amazing. It has a raspberry glaze and filling and since the scone bread itself didn't really have any flavor, the raspberry and glaze mixed well and didn't make it too sweet. I typically get the cardamon chai latte here and its one of my favs. They use their own blend to make the flavour and then top it off with a cute design on the coffee. I also liked that it wasn't too sweet eventho I got the regular sweetness. I wish they did have a points/rewards system tho to make going there more inticing.
