I was on a desperate search for boba. With the limited options I had when I searched on Yelp, this place caught my eye. OHHHHH MYY WOWWWW! This place blew me away. You know, I've had all sorts of boba growing up, from instant powder to naturally brewed. So my standards change and adapt as I go. Being in NM for the weekend, I didn't really have high standards. But I was instantly shut down and am falling to my knees with how delicious their drinks are. I came with a couple of friends so we all got different things. Consequently, we got to sample everyone's and not a single drink was disappointing. Matcha is really over-represented compared to its hojicha partner. So of course, when I saw hojicha on the menu, I instantly ordered it. WOW!! It was already pre-sweetened but it was just right when milk and ice were added. Did I mention it's a family owned business? By a sweet Asian family at that. I love the AAPI representation and sharing our love for boba to the community. If I ever return to ABQ, I will be making sure to stop by here no matter how busy my itinerary gets. Thank you Tea Lab. read more

Hey, great place. You wouldn't notice it but inside is roomy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and assist if you are unfamiliar with the menu. Drink was made quickly and tasted just I had hoped it would. They have a thing called a croffle that sounds interesting. I'll try it next time and I got a frequent shopper card! score!! I'll have to come back as it is close to work. I don't know is they have free WiFi that will be question for next visit. read more

A little sip of heaven! The taro brûlée is hands down the best taro I've ever had. The flavor is rich and creamy without being too overpowering. It's pricey, but I don't necessarily care, the flavor is worth it! They have a punch card system as well, and I can't wait to go back and get more. read more

I'm a little surprised this shop isn't getting more love on Yelp. It's one of the few milk tea shops here on the west side and it certainly delivers. It has all the standard milk tea drinks along with some extras where they add their own twist. I'm a matcha guy, so I typically go for a matcha latte or smoothie. I also tried their strawberry matcha latte. Their matcha drinks are okay, better than most other matcha places I've tried. Their twist on the strawberry matcha latte was interesting. Not my favorite, but I'm down to try again. Typically the strawberry puree is at the bottom of the drink and you can mix it, but they did a sort of foam that they put on top, and it was a little harder to mix since it's floating on the top and sticking to the lid. Overall, this is a great spot to get boba especially if you're on the west side. It's a little pricey but I think it's similarly priced to other boba shops in Albuquerque. Parking is plentiful, interior is clean, staff are super friendly. Hard to find something to not like about this place. Definitely coming back! read more

Very nice environment, modern and bright! The teas were super flavorful and the cashier was very helpful with her knowledge of the menu and made several great suggestions on what my wife and I should try. Super modern ambiance when you walk in. The modern display of their coffee in hexagon glasses was super creative. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Service was great, very polite, informative, and provided great recommendations. Boba was amazing the quality of their milk tea is superb compared to others nearby. Boba was great and chewy with no overly chewy/hard. Definitely gone grab a coffee from them next time I come. I would say this place is a must visit. read more

Super delicious and affordable. Boba can be pretty pricey, and this one was huge and only $7. Compared to big companies, this is a good deal! The staff were really nice to me, and made sure my drink came out quick. The store was cute inside as well! The PSL frappe I had was really nice, the flavor was perfect. The boba had a great texture too, cooked just enough to have that good chew. I live a bit far away from here but I am going to be making the trip more often! read more
