I never ever leave bad reviews but this place was definitely disappointing for me. I have celiac disease and normally boba places have all been fine and gluten free but I always like to ask just because some syrups can have gluten and you never know. So I asked they employee and he was unable to give me an answer in any of the boba options were gluten free I asked all three workers and they all gave me a disappointing "I don't know" and didn't offer to ask or try and find out. I left without getting anything. Overall I'd say if you have celiac disease or any gluten intolerance I would seek other boba shops that's have more knowledge about the items. read more

This is one of my favorite boba places of all time and definitely stands well in comparison to a lot of the places on the west coast. Some of my favorites are the fruit teas, which have fresh fruit in them, and the green Thai tea. The staff is amazing at actually customizing the drinks (the sweetness adjustment works well and the drinks remain flavorful even if you opt for less sweet) and the boba is cooked well. Example, the sugar content (30-100%) and the ice content. I got the OG Thai milk tea with 30% sugar and less ice. I should've got the 50%! It was a little watered down, but totally my choice. Next time I'll know to get 50%. My bf got the taro milk tea with 50% and it was spot on especially it having bit chunks of taro on top! A first I've seen at a boba joint! Points for creativity! Stood in front of the cash register for five minutes before even being acknowledged, despite three people working the front. They seemed irritated we were there and rushed us through our order. The Ugly: The floors, bench seating, and tables are fifty. Don't think they've seen a dish rag except at closing. For a place that's only been open a few weeks it seems grungy and well used. Locally owned Vietnamese boba shop with tasty drinks and nice vibes. My to go item is the m9, black boba lactose drink. The boba in this drink is different from the other Bobas and it's so creamy and delicious. Probably not really good for me but I always get it. The cheese drinks sounds weird for not really experience boba drinkers but trust me when I say it's a very common and delicious type of drink. We live outside the city and were on I-40 west bound, miles out hoping to enjoy a sweet beverage. To our dismay the drinks weren't up to par with the Boba Tea franchise flavor. We landed here on a whim while the littlest foodies napped in their carseats and we passed by. What a fortuitous find! I went in to find so many tea options plus organic options!, custom sugar (100%, 80% 50%, 30%, and sugar free). I ordered 30% in my Thai Iced Tea and it was the perfect amount for me. They have more toppings than any boba shop I have visited here. The cup plastic is heavy duty. I am not sure if its made so thick to be brought back, but I am definitely going to keep it for a refill. The best boba we've had in the city so far. After 2 other disappointing experiences elsewhere, we were so close to giving up on boba here and just waiting until we go back to CA for our boba fix. Tried the classic iced black milk tea and added boba and egg pudding (why it doesn't automatically come with boba, I don't know). I appreciate that you can choose your sweetness and ice levels, since I like my drinks less sweet. The tea was good, and the boba was nice and chewy. Less ice was still kind of a lot of ice so I don't know how you'd get around that. I would probably skip the egg pudding next time- it was hard to get through the straw and was kind of flavorless. My boyfriend got the tropical mango fruit tea with 30% sugar, less ice and mango bursting boba. I appreciate how they put fresh kiwi into my drink. Although personally I enjoy really sweet drinks, I expected my drink to be more sweet than my boyfriend's drink. For some reason his drink was sweeter than mine even though he had 30% sugar and I had 80%. My boyfriend and I were wondering if they accidentally put the wrong amounts of sugar into our drinks.
