    Their tea is heavenly ;)

First of all, Tea Hub is adorable. It's basically decorated for Instagram, with lots of paintings on the walls to give you a cute backdrop for your selfie or pic of your boba. I got a taro milk tea with boba -- one of my favorite flavors and a good basis for comparing tea shops. It was good! It was sweet, but not overly so, and had a really generous serving of boba. The cashier was really friendly, chatting with my friend and me about his favorite drinks and recommendations, and got our drinks to us quickly. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by this cute little tea shop after grocery shopping at Sprouts. It has a nice, colorful atmosphere. The person at the counter was friendly and patient with me. I've only had boba tea like 3 times in my life. I decided on u e brown sugar milk tea. She choose my alternative milk since I cannot have dairy. There is almond and oat milk there. I got it with boba and jelly. The drink was ok. The tea itself was wonderful but the boba were really hard and some were almost like chewing gum. The jelly was good though. I liked that this tea was sweet but not overly so like my prior tea experiences. It was a little expensive. Over $7 for one drink.

First time here with my hubby, we love it here. Very Relaxing environment, I got one uber latte with oat milk and one uber latte with regular milk. Both are good. They are not too sweet and you can adjust the sugar level. Definitely will be back again. Highly recommended.

The boba definitely refreshing have to try!! And the cakes 10 out 10

Customer service amazing! Thank you Didn't know what to get hand he definitely recommended something deliciously refreshing!

We stopped by on a whim while waiting for diagnostics for our car. Its a cute little shop with seating at small tables for 2-4 people. There are small games set up at each table. It's fun going through the games because they had some more unique ones! Since we stopped by on a weekday, there was only 1 person working the register and drinks. She was friendly and got our drinks to us quickly! I ordered the frosted matcha with lychee popping boba. I really enjoyed it! I could have done without the whipped cream. The drink itself was blended very well and was creamy and smooth. My boyfriend got the thai tea with boba and that tasted like every other thai tea I've had, however the boba was a bit firm for my taste. I'm not much of a milk tea snob so I can't speak to the depth or flavor of the teas but I enjoyed our drinks here and would definitely come back!

I tried this place out when it first opened and I was not impressed. The menu options weren't very good and staff were the greatest. But I saw that they changed management and decided to give them another chance. The menu has been updated and the staff are much friendlier. I would recommend them if you're looking for close by boba.

Wintermelon milk tea w/ boba and jasmine milk tea w/ grass jelly (but really where's the grass jelly?)
    Brenda H.

I got two drinks from Tea Hub. The cashier who took my order was pretty nice. The atmosphere was very trendy but a little loud from the music. The wintermelon milk tea with boba (level 1 ice, level 2 sugar) was okay. Even though this was supposed to be less sweet, it tasted like full sweetness. The boba is more soft than chewy, and almost melts, which is not desirable. I liked the creaminess and the wintermelon flavor, but it was lacking in tea flavor. The jasmine milk tea with grass jelly (level 1 I've, level 2 sugar) was much more of disappointment. Like the other, I thought it was supposed to be less sweet, but instead there was no sweetness at all. There was a hint of jasmine, but there could be more. It was like drinking powdered milk. The grass jelly was not worth $.60. It was in tiny crumbs, like they were scraping the ends of the earth just to spare some for my drink. Even though both the drinks were supposed to be at level 2 sweetness, they're both very different and inconsistent.

So good! Great customer service and delicious food and drink! Will definitely be a regular

Thai tea and a half eaten boba waffle. Both are highly recommended.

The place is spacious for a small gathering. It has board games and lots of space in between seating. Also, their menu of boba flavors are extensive. Their boba waffle is a good snack as well. Among other things, they also sell Dirty T Tamarindo candies; I highly recommend the Gushers. The decor is hip and inviting. Lastly, expect Korean Hip Hop music being played on the background. We had Veteran's Day here and it's been a great experience!

I tried this place back when it first opened and wasn't impressed; but I saw potential and I knew I wanted to come back and try them again someday, so why not on international boba day? Unfortunately I still have a good amount of criticism but I do still see a lot of potential for this place, especially as a former bobarista. Start thing with the negatives - and this was an issue last time I came - it seems to take an unnecessarily long amount of time for drinks to be made. Even the complex drinks shouldn't take more than a few minutes each. But my friends and I waited 15-20 min for standard drinks when there was no one else in the store. The wait time here compared to other boba places in tucson is honestly night and day. Next was the drink itself; I ordered an Ube Brown Sugar Milk with boba, and the flavor was alright, but the disappointing part of it was the boba, sadly. The texture was uneven, almost wrinkly, which tells me that they either overcooked the boba or they left it sitting out for way too long; either way it was not fresh and the texture was not pleasant, especially compared to other boba spots in Tucson. I do, however, see a lot of potential here! The interior is absolutely lovely, and it has a really comfortable and pleasing atmosphere. Their menu is extensive which could be intimidating but honestly I like that they have so many unique drinks and flavors that you can't find anywhere else here! I want to believe that with how unique their flavors are, they have fairly high quality ingredients to use, and while I wasn't into the boba itself i know the drink I got here last time did have great flavor. So my biggest issues for now are the wait time and the boba texture, which I think can both be chalked up to the trainings of the employees. Making good boba can be difficult if you aren't used to it, and making drinks quickly is a matter of how familiar you are with the menu, so I'm thinking the employees are either new or under-trained. I feel like if the original people who developed the menu (the owners/managers) were there, maybe the waiting, drinks, and boba would be a lot better.

Great place for boba! The lady there was really sweet and adjusted my drink sweetness. The place is cute for friends hanging out. Cute photo walls and games. Lots of drink options. I got a passionfruit green tea and it hit the spot. Would recommend. Easy to find parking as well!

I have been there 3 times since their opening, and have yet to be impressed. I gave them chances to meet the potential I see in them and they still have a lot of work to do, but I do see some growth. The first time I went was their grand opening and one of the cups broke because it was such flimsy plastic, and another time the drinks came out of order (someone who ordered four drinks after us and got theirs before I got mine) I also tried their new bubble waffle today, and I saw raw dough. The boba also looked very interesting (see the picture) and didn't taste as good as other places I've been to. The employees every time look miserable as well, so I'm assuming something is going on with the management as well. I still see a lot of potential in them, their aesthetic is great especially for AZ and their in a good location, but like I said, a lot of improvements are needed

They have created a lovely and artful space! Their murals and boba art installations are an Instagram paradise. Alongside their extensive menu flowing across all flavor palettes and experience levels. From the classic boba combinations to the unique they have it all! They are one of the few boba shops that have been able to alter the sweetness perfectly! Honestly some of the best boba I have found in Tucson! The staff is always upbeat and friendly.

They don't have spoons, but I made it work with my straw. The no ice option does cost extra, but it's worth it. Same goes for the toppings, which is pretty standard. I'm also glad we went with less sweetness. It was just right. A lot of places use powdered taro, but I'm so happy we found a spot that serves fresh taro paste. I love the consistency and flavor. It's something you just don't get with powders. It tasted amazing. The games, tables, and overall vibe were great. It was the perfect little treat for us.

She ordered a black milk tea, and I ordered a Matcha milk tea. In my opinion and my friends as well they were both just marginal... nothing to come back for; Not to mention pricey. Moreover, they do not have any Stevia or monk fruit for sweetener just good old sugar. In this day and age, I think they would definitely have sugar-free options. One more thing I will add is the seating area is very small and it was very loud when we were there. I remember when Yelp did an event for the opening of the first location on Broadway. This place is not as cozy and accommodating, at least in my humble opinion.

From the very moment I walked into Tea Leaf and Creamery, Nora greeted me with such genuine kindness and openness that it instantly melted away the outside world. The kind of place where time slows down, where every detail feels intentional, and where you can just exist comfortably. It's rare to find a spot that feels this alive yet so peaceful at the same time. And the staff--Nohe and Emmalie especially--completely elevated the entire experience. Their energy filled the space with such positivity that it honestly made the visit unforgettable. I have to talk about the strawberry tea Nohe made because WOW.
