It's definitely my kind of vibe. The staff were attentive and not put out when I first came in and were incredibly helpful with giving me suggestions (because everything sounded so good). I ended up leaving my first visit with The Abyss bubble tea and meandered my way back to Merrill. Today, I decided to treat my son to an evening out in Portland, and we swung into Uncharted for a quick tea. He got a small regular brown sugar milk tea and I got a large Kraken. I'm just as smitten with the vibe and the space now as I was back in December, & know that whenever I'm in town I'll be coming in to get a tasty drink to walk around town with.

There were so many interesting drinks to choose from, but luckily the workers were friendly and super helpful in guiding me. The commitment to the nautical theme is adorable, and all the clever drink names made the menu fun to read. I also love how many books and games they have available, it feels like a cozy little hangout spot you could easily lose track of time in. I got the Leviathan, which is nitro coffee, taro, oat milk, simple syrup, and boba. I'm picky with boba, and let me just say... I was actually impressed. The texture and flavor were on point. There were so many other drinks I wanted to try, so I'll definitely be back.

This place has been on my radar for some time, and jumped on a chance to try it for lunch. Note…read morethat this restaurant has a small parking lot our front, which can save you from feeding the meters. The restaurant was not too busy on arrival, but then a steady stream of diners streamed in, as well as a brisk pace of take out orders. We had a friendly and efficient waiter, who helped explain the menu a bit as it was our first visit. The menu is pan-asian, but I thought leaned heavily into Japanese dishes. So many dumpling and Bao dishes, I was tempted to just have those, but also wanted to try a noodle dish. Xiao Long Bao and soup dumplings were delicious, and I absolutely want to return to work deeper into the dumplings here. For the noodle dish, we opted for Seafood Maloney, which was an assortment of seafood with glass noodles. This dish wasn't my favorite, had a fair amount of shrimp, but not much else, and wasn't a flavor that I loved. Next time, will try a more traditional noodle dish. This looks like a "family run" restaurant, and I would recommend a stop when in Dover NH

The pork dumplings were excellent as well, perfectly seared, light, and delicious. And the takoyaki is always a solid go-to appetizer--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor.

Great selection of pastries and coffees. I went for the cinnamon roll and WOW! It's the perfect cinnamon roll with the fluffy bun and perfect cream cheese frosting. I also opted for a cold brew and loved that they had sugar free vanilla syrup to go in it. The girls at the window were wonderful and so polite. Definitely a place i'll come back too.

Was perfectly located to make it so we didn't even need to detour from our final destination. Lots of parking is available and ordering is a breeze. We were greeted by the friendly staff when ready to place our order. My wife went with their Maine Maple Latte and I chose their current special that sounded perfect for summer, Campfire S'mores. It even came garnished with a graham cracker, Hershey's chocolate, and Marshmallow. Gave it a fantastic stand out look. The taste was just as good and my wife loved her drink too! We already had food so passed on it this visit but maybe next time. They do have a couple tables to enjoy your food if you choose to do so, but us and others we saw took it to go. Definitely a spot worth visiting while on route 1! Grab a drink and bite to eat here at Nectar and when you finish shop around the Bell Farm Shops. Lots of great things to see inside and out.
