Made a pit stop here on a road trip and very glad we did. Don't sleep on the chicken salad focaccia sandwich. The chicken is sous vided, and it is REALLY good. It has craisins and adds some sweetness to the savory. The foaccica isn't too oily (the issue I normally have with foaccia), and the sea salt one brings it bursts of saltiness. It's SO good. It's also a massive sandwich. My husband and I got full splitting half of one. We ate the other half for lunch when we got to our next destination as that's all we could think about. They don't skimp on the amount of chicken salad either. My husband got a cortado, and I got a blueberry lemonade as well. A good little pick me up for the day. Such a cute little place right off Route 1, and there's parking--which is always a bonus! It has a fun retro beach vibe, and everyone was so friendly. My husband got the giant Prosciutto Focaccia sandwich, and it was so good. The focaccia is made fresh in-house, and you can definitely taste the difference. We got there around 1:00, so most of the pastries were already gone, but we did snag an apple tartlet, and it was delicious. We'll definitely be back, but next time we're coming earlier to check out the breakfast sandwiches and quiche! read more

I can definitely see why Baker Bru was so highly recommended! I was looking for a local coffee shop where I could get some work done while enjoying good coffee and breakfast, and this place exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my order came out quickly. There's plenty of seating to choose from, including cozy couches, high-top tables, and standard dining tables, making it a great spot whether you're meeting friends or settling in to work. They also offer free Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus. I started with an iced mocha made with their house-made mocha sauce, and it was delicious. I also ordered the cruffin breakfast sandwich, which absolutely lived up to the hype. Since I ended up staying for a few hours, I went back for a second drink--an iced coffee with hazelnut cold foam. I loved that they offer so many different cold foam flavors to choose from. If you're looking for a welcoming coffee shop with great food, excellent coffee, and a comfortable place to work or relax, Baker Bru is definitely worth a visit! read more

Yum!!!!! Yummy yummy. A classic breakfast spot. Lots of seasonal drink options but I settled for my typical almond milk latte w sf vanilla. Delicious fresh espresso flavor. Got a sandwich on their homemade bread which was super airy and the sprouts added a good crunch. Everything looked so good that we forgot to take pictures of most of it before we dug in! So glad we checked out this new spot. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious! The croissants and quiche crust were both beautifully buttery. The blueberry croissant was unique, in the best way. Variety of coffee drinks were enjoyed by all as well. Baker Bru Cafe is a gem. They have a lovely selection of baked-goodies, including meat pies! My steak pie was delicious. My husband enjoyed his egg, bacon, and cheese on a cruffin as well as his flat white. We also tasted the asiago cheese focaccia, which was divine. I absolutely love this place!! They have the best atmosphere and the owners couldn't be sweeter! Five stars is not enough for how good their bacon cheddar quiche is! I went back a second time in the same day after trying their quiche because I wanted to bring some home to it with my family it was so delicious! I am kind of picky about lattes, and was unsure if the one I ordered would be sweet enough and the woman who made it let me try it before she added the cold foam to make sure I liked it before she gave it to me. :,) She even let me know the adjustments she made to it so I could order it again later on. This made my whole day and has made me a forever customer of this lovely cafe! The pastries are all beautifully made and are all delicious! The owners offered me and some other customers inside a sample of their focaccia bread, which was absolutely delicious!
