Smiles all the way around! Other days it is nightmarish... I question if someone even glanced at my order or if the employee I am speaking to realizes they are at work and have a job (yikes). Honestly, I seem to have better luck if I go before noon time or 2 the latest. A nice thing is that 9 times out of 10 if you have an issue they straighten it out very quickly and are very courteous, oftentimes giving a free donut to make up for the trouble. I often deal with any issues in the morning because it sort of feels like the staff in the evening are more likely to be indifferent to an issue than the morning staff. As a drive-thru only location one would think there would be no room for issue or error but you can tell these guys are always beyond slammed in the morning with lines almost reaching the road. Machines occasionally stop working, orders don't print, chaos ensues. All in all if you are willing to take a chance that your cold foam might get left out or a bagel un-toasted in return for a free donut, this is your place. If you have zero tolerance for errors or no patience (loooong lines between 8:30am-11am) maybe a different location is better.
