Coffee is not that good. It doesn't even have any coffee scent.. Pretty pricey too. Probably won't be coming back.

Having tried other Tea Daddy, we still had to try this new place in Richardson. Overall it was decent quality where I got the Matcha Vietnamese coffee. Even with less ice and 75% sweet it was still too sweet. You can definitely taste the matcha and coffee mixture so it was done just right. Probably won't rank as my must go to tea places but it's worth it. read more

At 50% on the sweetness level, it was perfect. It was a little sweet, fruity and hit the spot. Taro Ice blended with honey boba -If you like taro blended drinks then this drink is just as it should be. Yum! We also ordered the egg tart but I forgot to take a photo of it. My friends and I stopped by for drinks and I'm glad we did! Tea Daddy is such a cute shop and low key gives me Starbucks vibes, but with boba. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba and it was DELICIOUS! I really wish they had a Tea Daddy in Austin because I'd get this drink once a week at least haha. I used to work in a boba shop, so I'm kinda picky about tapioca in drinks, but I loved the texture of their boba! I think it also helped that they use finely crushed ice in this particular drink as well. I'm not a fan of egg tarts, but my friends said it was the best egg tarts they've had and demolished a box of them. I've been going to teadaddy since they opened a year or so ago! They quickly became one of my favorite boba shops! I get either the guava peach tea or the wintermelon tea. The guava peach tea is on the sweeter side but still super good! The wintermelon tea is refreshing and I love that it already comes with herbal jelly and basil seeds. For food, I really like their popcorn chicken and strawberry panna cotta! And lastly their service is always good! The workers are always sweet and make my drinks in a timely manner even when it's busy. Coming from someone who gets tired of boba drinks quickly, I always find myself craving tea daddy! I came here wanting to try a new boba spot, and I'm so glad I did! Customer service here is excellent!! The baristas are all very friendly. We tried the jasmine milk tea, strawberry tea, golden milk tea, and wintermelon tea. The jasmine milk tea was SO good. I didn't ask for any adjustments on the sugar or anything, and it was just the right amount of sweet to me. The wintermelon tea is very perfect for if you're wanting something refreshing and not a milk tea. The golden milk tea is a good classic milk tea to get. The texture of the boba topping itself was perfect. Not too chewy or hard. I also really liked the egg tarts. 5/5, would recommend. The texture and taste was PERFECT. I loved them. The basil seeds and jelly added a nice touch with the differing textures. If you like those frozen coconut waters with coconut meat from the Asian grocery stores, then this drink is for you. The guava peach tea was very refreshing and you could definitely taste the guava. It was a tad too sweet but I would get it again. They also sell other things like snacks and egg tarts here. This is my new fave tea spot in Richardson!! Located in a small plaza so parking isn't too bad. I loved how they greeted us as soon as we walked in. I went to their soft opening and ordered the jasmine milk tea and guava peach and later loved them so much that we went a couple days later to try more flavors definitely try the golden milk tea since you won't find it anywhere else! It almost has a hint of chocolate aftertaste. The peach orange lemongrass is so refreshing and they put real fruit in the teas! I've always gotten my teas at 50% sweet and they're perfect levels of sweetness. The herbal jelly isn't my fave here but personal preference I enjoy the jelly at the other places more. I wanted to try this place after seeing it online in my search for a good boba place close to where I live. Kind of an awkward experience in there though. When I went inside I told the employees I'd never been there before and was just met with silence and blank stares. Tried their Golden Milk Tea with honey boba. The milk tea was creamy and not too sweet. I was very impressed with the boba - soft and chewy. I'll return to try their other milks teas, fruit teas, and egg tarts. The space is clean and small but cozy with several tables. I would like to suggest a designated "pick up drinks here area" as it looks like there's two with the register being in the middle which can be a little confusing especially when a crowd and line starts to form. I regularly purchase my drinks from tea daddy. The last time I went I bought two drinks. As my friend was drinking from her straw a NAIL came out of the straw and hit her lip. Yes ladies and gents a nail. We both were so severely traumatized and disgusted as a nail is filled with bacteria. Thank GOD it got suck on her lip as NASTY as that is because imagine if she swallowed that shit. We went back and got refunds and threw our drinks away but we should've been compensated for the trauma and disgust as well. The workers there are kind therefore, I've debated putting a complaint in but after sharing this story with multiple individuals who were so disgusted by JUST hearing the story. Not a frequent visitor of this area, and it was an impulse to drop by as it was one of the only shops open past 9. The hot matcha latte was great- some of the best/stronger matcha drinks in DFW. Sweetness is perfectly balanced, foamy milk, and vibrant green matcha that's smoother than it is bitter. Service kiosks were very streamlined and straightforward. Unique local Asian Cafe with specialty items you can't get anywhere else. The egg tart is the closest to HK style that I've found, and it's even warm because they keep them in a warmer case. I will say you can taste the tea more than some of the popular chains which is nice but the tapiocas very standard. The peach orange lemongrass with white pearls is delicious. This place is awesome! Small and located in a tiny strip, the parking lot is a bit run down but don't let that fool you. It's nice and cozy inside, with a fan AND a fake fireplace. I believe this place is Vietnamese owned and based, the menu is large with an array of fruit and milk teas, smoothies, and coffee. They also have other desserts on display like cute bunny jelly. They have Longan Fruit tea which is not something you see everyday - and my oh my it is so refreshing! It also comes with a couple Longan fruit inside.
