Sam was very generous in the amount of time she spent doing the massage on both my legs and arms. Sam and the team at N-LT nails care about their customers. This nail bar has a bar where you can get a glass of wine or a cocktail of your choosing. Additionally they have plenty of space for big groups. Highly recommend going to this salon. Also they take walk-ins.

Everything is calm, relaxing, and clean. I appreciate that everyone was masked, too. From disposable foot bath liners to sanitized packets of implements, I appreciated those details to sanitation. Gorgeous pedicure and will definitely come back! I will update again with a photo soon!!

I love that I don't have the discomfort of someone speaking a different language to colleagues in front of me, and I love that I can say something with it being supported/validated without attitude. I have only been here three times (twice with ClassPass and once as a walk in) and it has been a great experience every single time. The vibe is chill and fun. I look forward to coming back, again!

I've had to come back a few times in a week because the dark nail color (they didn't tell me) doesn't cure well. It bubbles and peels. For the most part I've enjoyed going and the vibe is nice. I had a pedicure lined up as well, an add on, with my nails appt. When I arrived they couldn't accommodate me. Said they didn't have the people to do so. Yet, one of their regulars came in and got her mani/pedi. Like every nail salon, there's favorites and this was an example of it. The last I got nails removed, and the clear coat didn't set, didn't set under light smudged. Absolutely hated it. My nails are still damaged from it.

The salon is beautiful. It is incredibly busy, so I would recommend making an appointment! My…read moretechnician was very good at the manicure. She told me initially that she would not have time to paint my finger nails 3 different colors. I wanted them black with 2 red and the right and 2 pink on the left. I was a little snappy and told her i could just paint my own nails at home if she could just remove the nails. She ended up painting them for me, and did a great job. The pedicure was not great. I didn't need a polish change. So she did like scrubbing if you could even call it that like 1,2,3,4,5,6 movements and done. She also took two 15 minute breaks where she just turned away from me and dazed off into a computer screen. Not even scrolling. She appeared to just be studying the schedule without ever changing the screen. I probably would not have noticed except for her being very clear about not having time to paint my nails in multiple colors. I just moved to the LC which is literally next-door, so I was excited about finding a new permanent nail salon close by. I will not be back here. I doubt it matters since they are very busy.

I went for a gel pedi on a whim because I was in the area. I…read morearrived and was seated quickly. I chose my color and my nail tech got to work. She was super friendly and did a great job on the cat eye color I chose, which required her to use a magnet. If the nail tech isn't very nimble with the magnet and doesn't set each nail in between, the technique doesn't work. I was impressed that she didn't cut corners with the technique, and it looked great as a result. She was also funny and super complimentary of my calf muscles, which are a result of years of walking on stilts (haha). Funny that she noticed. 5/5 for service, speed, and personality. I did have a weird situation with my foot tub where one of the nozzles blew off and she had to rush over and fix it... 3/5 on that equipment not being in totally functional condition. Not a huge deal, but not exactly relaxing for me or the person next to me when it happened. The massage chairs were also a 3/5. OK, but not the best, and a bit dated. Massage chairs are often the best part of a pedicure, so this is important for me. Overall 4/5.
