We did a walk-in for two pedicures and one manicure. They saw us within five minutes. It was a Valentine date for my husband and I, so we bought pizza and ate during the service. At 2:30pm people with appointments started pouring in. I decided to come back the next day to complete my manicure. The atmosphere is very inviting and humorous. They laugh and joke with you as if they've known you. Nope. They didn't speak in their native language in front of us. We felt very comfortable and the quality of work was exceptional. They will let you know what they can and can't do and why, which I appreciate. The young guy with the cute cut was the life of the party. This is my new spot!!! read more

Feedback on Elisha. I received very harassing text massages from Elisha demanding a 25% tip, stating she was tired of doing my nails bc I don't give her a 25% tip. Elisha also continuously texted me late at night requesting I arrive 10 minutes early to my appointments. She did everything possible to intimidate me but the laws of the US don't require we give a tip. I am also an attorney and know my rights. Peter/Owner of this facility, no technician should be texting customers and demanding tips or forcing them to leave if they don't. Elisha has sent this same text out to several customers that were forced to leave the shop. Elisha needs to be fired. What she is doing behind leaderships back is not okay. The total for my nails is generally $87 for very short nails. Elisha demanding I pay her 25% more is absolutely ludicrous. My nail services have been very poor bc Elisha has wanted more money. I'm very dissatisfied in how I've been treated. My most recent nail appointment, my nails were left misshaped and the polish was very lumpy. Elisha refuses to take her time or put her best foot forward bc she wants more money and continuously communicated that during my nail appointments. Please take action. This type of treatment and harassment will bring a lawsuit on the shop. read more

Kim did my nails today at this salon she said has been open 6 weeks. She did a good job. It felt a little rushed like she was in a hurry and she did not take the kind of time I'm used to with the level of detail I'd like but I will go back and try them again. With the exception of one slightly uneven thumbnail that I didn't notice until later my nails look good. I think the workstation could have been a little neater but everyone was very nice and engaging. If you pay cash you get a 10% discount. read more

Thank you Dena! I had gone to another nail salon that did a terrible job. I came in with a fairly new set of nails on that were falling off crooked and way too thick. Dena took me immediately she was wonderful. She fixed my nails that were broken and falling off and made them look amazing. I will be a regular customer moving forward. Dina is rude! I think she's is the manager. As a white woman, she is nice to me but I've seen too many times how rude she is to black customers. There are not many that go here, but when they do, she is rude. She thanks me for coming and paying, but does not thank them ever. After seeing this enough times, I will not be back! read more

Went for my first time to PT Nails! Love being able to book an appointment online & you can change or cancel your appointment online too. My nail tech was super friendly and worked efficiently. However, the smell of incense is SUPER strong when you first walk in the door. It's not bad once you go past the lobby area. As someone who suffers from migraines, it was the first thing I noticed walking in. Overall a positive experience! read more

I came in for a fill in and pedicure. I was asked what services I needed. I verbally told the gentleman what I needed done and he said okay. During my pedicure, I was asked again what I needed done to my nails. After the completion of my pedicure, I was approached by an employee asking me if I could come back later because they were short 2 nail techs today. I told them no I could not. That information should have been communicated upon my arrival so that if they couldn't accommodate my needs I could have sought services elsewhere. I got my acrylic nails with gel polish done today and my nail tech was fantastic! Super detail oriented, thoroughly shaped, filed, and buffed them. Very smooth edges and finish! They're a nice thickness too. Definitely will return! read more
