I had to call several numbers before someone answered and was able to contact a staff member to meet us. As a first-time boarding experience, that added a bit of stress. Additionally, I had read many reviews mentioning consistent communication and regular report cards. In our case, the report cards were a bit inconsistent. While I understand things can get busy, especially in a specialized facility, more consistent updates would have helped ease my nerves as a first-time boarding client. Even with those hiccups, I truly appreciate the care Panda received. It means a lot to have a place that sees and supports dogs for who they are.
