Well these sweet ladies saw us at our worst right off the bat. We moved to Texas in July with a…read morevery senior dog who had been basically a hospice dog for some time. She had multiple growths and had lived 17 long, good years. Well, once we moved she seemed to go downhill quickly. The growth doubled in size. She was visibly in pain. We made and appointment and when we met with Dr. Ussery she confirmed what we had discussed when we made the appointment. It was time. The cancer had spread. She was hurting. So we put down our sweet Cleo and these ladies were so gracious. One of the vet techs was hugging me while I broke down. I will always remember the kindness they showed us. And how they loved on sweet Cleo until her final breath. I am so thankful they helped us end her suffering in a loving way.
