Previous boarding facilities I would use would have small kennels that would leave me feeling guilty... not here!! , Here she gets her own air conditioned suit and little yard! it's more like I'm dropping her off at summer camp and I know she's gonna have a ball! The facilities are stunning, clean and they even have a pool. I will never board anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, and I know my Remi has so much fun while I'm away. My dog has been a patient here for several years. Over the week-end she became ill with a…read moredistended stomach and weakness in her hind legs. I called the vet on Monday morning and explained what was going on with her. I was told by the man that answered the phone that they were booked up for Monday and Tuesday and I should take her to an emergency vet clinic. He said that the vet wasn't in yet and he would talk with her and call me back. It's been 24 hours and I have not heard from them. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a common thing. You can't count on this vet to see your dog when there is an emergency health issue and when she is an established patient. Take my advice. Go elsewhere. I was able to get an appointment on Monday afternoon at Essential Vet Care. They were wonderful and I highly recommend them. It turns out that my dog has a tumor either on her liver or her spleen and will be having exploratory surgery on Thursday.

I asked if there was any payment plan that I could do because it was so expensive for the 11 days that I had to leave my dogs with her which were not expected. Nope. It was only supposed to be three days. She would not have it. I paid her the full amount and picked up my dogs, but I would not recommend this facility. I do not know how my dogs were treated as I cannot ask them, but I do know they were really happy to come home.

Someone had recommended Adette so we quickly called to see if they could accommodate us. They saved us! Adette was so patient with us and we were able to take care of all the info over the phone and have Jill, our pitbull, there within an hour even though it was within closing time. We loved how sweet they were and we also loved that they use natural approach to everything. Jill looked so happy when we picked her up vs how she looked when we picked her up from the sitter that cancelled on us. The ranch was very clean and we would recommend them to anyone. Tip: it's a little hard to find so keep your eyes peeled or you'll miss it.

We went on a trip and she called and said that our front gate would not open. We had given her instructions on how to go through the side gate should the electricity go out and the front gate not open. But since she didn't take any notes when she came to meet us and our dogs, I guess she forgot that and left our dogs in their crates for 15 hours before we could get someone to our house to let our dogs out. Then, to add insult to injury, she had the nerve to keep our money. Now I don't know about you but if I pay someone to let my dogs out and they don't, I would not expect to pay them. Call me crazy! This was an especially cold day in our area and according to our neighbor, we had no precipitation and the side gate was not frozen. According to Pat Anderson, the side gate was frozen and she said "she's in no shape to be climbing over a 3 foot chain linked fence". Granted...she did say she was sorry as she cashed our check. I'm sure someone out there has had a positive experience with her but for us, we will never use her again and felt it important to let people know.
