The facilities are stunning, clean and they even have a pool. I will never board anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, and I know my Remi has so much fun while I'm away. I asked if there was any payment plan that I could do because it was so expensive for the 11 days that I had to leave my dogs with her which were not expected. Nope. It was only supposed to be three days. She would not have it. I paid her the full amount and picked up my dogs, but I would not recommend this facility. I do not know how my dogs were treated as I cannot ask them, but I do know they were really happy to come home.

I'm really not sure what all of the areas separated by glass are for, and there wasn't anyone around to help. I was looking for something specific for my dog, but never could find an associate walking around in the store. There were no customers at the checkout counter so I was walking up to the girl there and she turned away and walked into the back. I thought that was kind of rude so I waited. But after a couple of minutes I gave up and left the store. I hate that is the only big pet store in town and I guess I will try some of the smaller locally owned ones.

The staff were all super friendly and responsive. And they have convenient after hours kennels so you can drop off or pickup outside of their working hours, which is super helpful for a late trip or flight home. About 10 mins from the airport, straight shot on 71. Random fun fact - there's also a great Thai place on the corner when you turn onto the road up to barking springs. Lots of room for them to play with other dogs and run around, inside and outside facilities to accommodate cold or heat, and they get to play most of the day apart from when they are closed for lunch ("nap time") or in the evening after 7pm. My only improvement recommendation is if they would consider doing a report card with photos each day, that would be awesome! I was able to text in and ask about the status of my dog though, and they were very responsive. We will be back!!! Had a great first visit and my dog was very excited when we reached the property, she recognized it from her evaluation day and basically ran over to the front door. Oh also they were extremely kind to help me get my dog in and out of the car.

They are CLOSED!? I was super annoyed. Does everyone who washes their own dog not work during the week or are kid free to come in the evenings? Sundays seem like an obvious day you'd get business. All that aside, I decided I'd give it another try this week. Voila, It's Saturday, here we came! Before we got within 20 feet of the door both my pup and I could hear the dogs tipping and barking. I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue, but we pressed on. (Maybe it was a super fun doggie dance party and they were all excited???) My girl started refusing to go in... again, I should have just turned around and called my groomer. Alas, I did not. When we opened the door we were warmly greeted by a woman who was smiling and kind but whom I could barely even hear over the obnoxious barking and high pitched squealing of almost a dozen mini yorkie and chihuahua puppies. It was NON-STOP. There was another chance where we could have just cut and run, but no. The woman was so nice and I'm a sucker for trying to not offend people, so I smiled and entered the little booth. The tubs are nice and it was pretty straight forward to go hi re out how to use the water sprayer. There's a little harness to keep the dogs from jumping around too much. I felt AWFUL for making my girl stick it out in there with all the noise. I, myself, had a hard time keeping my heartbeat regulated. The yipping was dizzying. There were two towels sitting on the gate that i used and a blow dryer that felt a bit hot but I think you could adjust it? There was no way I could have asked for help because we couldn't hear our own thoughts let alone instructions on how to use something LOL. The brush was wet and dirty from the last use. There was hair in it. Not a huge deal because it's a bit weird to use another dogs brush on your own dog, right? Or they should be clean. Anyway, I feel like it's important to note that all those dogs were NOT customers. As I was checking out I asked why they were there and said "it messed with the ambiance and experience for sure!" I was told they are the owners dogs she is trying to sell. Ha! I told her that I'm sure they could sell them faster if it was nice and quiet in there and they had a lovely wall of photos saying puppies for sale. So, that's it. My review. I hate leaving bad reviews and I'm not sure I'll go back to try and do a good follow up and add some stars: my pup and I were pretty traumatized by it all. Notes: nice lady Should be open Sundays Please clean the brushes? And for the love, it would be awesome to have more of a "spa" experience instead of feeling like we went to the puppy mill. Someone had recommended Adette so we quickly called to see if they could accommodate us. They saved us! Adette was so patient with us and we were able to take care of all the info over the phone and have Jill, our pitbull, there within an hour even though it was within closing time. We loved how sweet they were and we also loved that they use natural approach to everything. Jill looked so happy when we picked her up vs how she looked when we picked her up from the sitter that cancelled on us. The ranch was very clean and we would recommend them to anyone. Tip: it's a little hard to find so keep your eyes peeled or you'll miss it.
