The staff were very patient with my wife's daily calls and had no problem with providing her daily updates including pictures. The place is clean, they are well organized, and truly are pet lovers. Highly recommend My Buddy's Pet Resort.

All supporting photos of our experience have been deleted by yelp but original review is still posted below. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! Made reservations on Wednesday to have my dogs boarded over the weekend. I was sent a confirmation stating that their shot records would be due before or AT ARRIVAL of their stay. Today, I check my emails to see a cancellation email sent from Buddy's. I will be leaving for my trip in a few hours and now am left with no sitter for my pets. The cancellation email also stated that these vaccination records would be due before or AT APPOINTMENT arrival. Spoke to receptionist who seemed like she could care less, then was handed over to the "manager" who was very argumentative & stated that they have 40+ reservations today & that the shot records needed to be turned in 24 hrs in advance. Where was this on the email?? Sounds more like the so called "manager" over booked the place and is now just cancelling reservations? I read off both of my emails to her that clearly stated I could bring them for proof upon arrival and she still argued saying that another one was sent yesterday but i have absolutely no record of that. I also requested to speak to the owner or a number that I could call and she declined giving me any further help even though this was THEIR mistake. Horrible horrible horrible.

I have been impressed with every single interaction we've had with the doctors, techs, and staff at Tickle-Blagg in every routine visit we've had. This last Thursday, though, we experienced a very scary emergency with one of our dogs, and I just can't express enough how wonderful our experience here was. They were flexible with our timing due to difficult circumstances, quick to see us in when we arrived, and Dr. Jordan was quick to come to the exam room. Every box was checked, from start to finish. They were kind, informational, patient, explanatory, and considerate. Even Dr. Blagg, who wasn't our doctor for this visit, came to see how our little dude was while we were there. I really could go on and on, but I think this paints the picture. What a wonderful place -- I'm so glad they're here!

We get our dogs teeth cleaned every 6 months with a mobile pet dental company for $200. We originally got a quote for a dental cleaning at this clinic & they quoted us $2000 for ONE DOG. Are you kidding me? She started berating us for getting the dogs teeth cleaned somewhere else. And then she was just very unpleasant to deal with the remainder of the visit. We will continue with this clinic but we refuse to have this horrible person in charge of our beloved pets health & care.

I was happy to hear that the play groups are sorted by dog size and temperament to ensure that everyone would get along. The staff is so warm and friendly. You can tell they are dog people! I knew my boys were in good hands and it took a lot of stress of my mind while on vacation. I LOVE getting to see all of the pictures that they post daily on Facebook. Seriously they're so cute and funny - you can see the dogs personalities in the pics and to me that means they are comfortable and happy. Transparency was a big element for me to try this place out for the first time. They have published policies on their website about what they will do if your dog were to get hurt on accident and I really appreciated that. There is really nothing negative that I have found about this place! I recommend bringing your furry children there.

I was hoping it would be a positive experience for him to socialize with other dogs, I didn't expect to have as much fun as I have going with him though. The class format is 15 minutes off-leash play interspersed with 5-10 minute guided on-leash sessions. You focus on one command each class with the idea being that you learn the basics of teaching the command and finish the training on your own at home. I like that the focus is on practical commands and not silly tricks (not against teaching those, just figure you can teach those on your own time). Our instructor, Bridget, has been great. I can imagine it's tough working a room with as many as a dozen or so pups running around, but she always took time to give everyone individual attention and make herself available for questions and practical answers. It's also a great way to meet other people. I'd often look forward to seeing some of the pup parents as much as their pups each week. Overall, it's a great environment for everyone and as an added bonus we attended the class held at Austin Corner Vet East, which is fantastic since that's also our vet. Dahboo's now excited to pull into the parking lot of his vet -- mission accomplished! :) We've enjoyed the class so much we'll be continuing on with the next class in the sequence and look forward to more fun working with Karma Dog Training as Dahboo works toward his therapy certification.

As a first-time puppy parent, I was somewhat unsure of what to expect with a new puppy, and the trainers provided excellent coaching and advice throughout our 7-week class. During the first class, Dexter was so nervous that he was finding every corner possible to hide in. The trainers coached us on the best ways to encourage Dexter to socialize and by the third week of class, he was eager and excited to play with all the other puppies. The socialization aspect of class was exactly what our shy puppy needed to come out of his shell. In addition to that, the training portion of the class was very helpful. Each class focused on one of the seven basic commands that puppies need to learn, and Darci provided very clear explanations of how to teach and reinforce each command. Then, we were able to practice and get feedback from Darci and the other trainers in order to help Dexter master each command. Finally, Karma Dog Training provides excellent customer service. Any time I have reached out with a question or scheduling conflict, they have responded within hours with a helpful and understanding response. Dexter can't wait to continue with the next level of classes at Karma Dog Training!
