The last time he did seem very anxious when I picked him up, and he had tummy problems for a few days after, so not sure if he had as great an experience the last time. I called to see if it's normal since he'd been several times before and had never come home sick. They said just keep an eye on him and weren't very concerned. The staff is always welcoming and very kind. There are a couple of staff that have seemed a little unenthusiastic but I think maybe it just wasn't their best day. I do understand policy's but with construction and having a 2 year old I am unhappy with their costumer service. I personally work in the service industry and have clients but would never cancel an appointment and charge a late fee if they are less then 5 minutes late, because basic costumer service and having a loyal client means more and life does happen. They also proceeded to say I said 10 am pick up when I have texts confirming 1, as stated multiple time we have until 1.Money hungry and rude. I then decided to board her over Easter for a last-minute trip instead of leaving her home with my grown son. I booked her boarding on April 3rd for my trip starting on April 14th. My son was very upset about not being able to keep her so on April 10th while she was at a play day, I explained the situation to the kennel and asked if I could just put my $180 boarding deposit towards future play days and cancel the boarding as keeping my son happy was more important to me than boarding my puppy. Well, it turns out that April 5 was the deadline for cancellation. I know for a fact they were not full as I was able to choose her boarding area. The deadline was literally two days after I confirmed and paid the $180 deposit for her boarding, yet I don't remember anyone telling me about the deadline to cancel being two days later. It blows me away that with my unique circumstances, they refused to put my $180 towards future play days as I would've been bringing her there 2 to 3 times a month at $30 a day not to mention the training sessions I would have been booking. I booked it two days before the supposed deadline and a week later, I had to change my mind due to family issues. I was not asking for my money back. I just wanted to be able to use it somewhere else. Lastly please be aware that you are charged for all play days and training sessions when you book the date instead of the day of service. This doesn't seem right. They already have your credit card on file so there's no need to charge you ahead of time. That should be done after the training or play days are completed.

The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

She had multiple growths and had lived 17 long, good years. Well, once we moved she seemed to go downhill quickly. The growth doubled in size. She was visibly in pain. We made and appointment and when we met with Dr. Ussery she confirmed what we had discussed when we made the appointment. It was time. The cancer had spread. She was hurting. So we put down our sweet Cleo and these ladies were so gracious. One of the vet techs was hugging me while I broke down. I will always remember the kindness they showed us. And how they loved on sweet Cleo until her final breath. I am so thankful they helped us end her suffering in a loving way.
