She's very loving with me and my daughter, but less so with other people. Morgan's first boarding stay she willingly went in, but during her visit nipped someone. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

On the website it says the kennels are heated, that was not the case that day. There was a medium size dog shivering & crying that was on one side of the building seperate from the other dogs. It didn't smell very clean either. After seeing that poor dog shivering & kennel dark I would never leave my dog here. It was one big closed up kennel that was dark & cold. The doors to the kennels stay closed during the day when staff is gone from what was told to us, it would be nice if they would be left open so the dogs can walk in and out, be able to see outside. The large yard space is nice, but the place just didn't seem right for my dog.

They had me leave the dogs for a daycare for a few hours free of charge to see if they would get along with the other pups and they did great! The owner really knows how to introduce dogs to each other safely and with minimal stress. We receive pictures of the pups having a great time almost daily and upon request. We're so lucky to have them so close to home! They really took great care of our dogs and they got lots of play time with other pups. The price was also very competitive. I 100% recommend them and I hope you don't waste your time and/or money with some of the price gouging facilities that don't actually care for your dog.
