When calling Tickle-Blagg Animal Hospital to set up an appointment, the staff was very helpful and friendly to get a appointment set. Needed to establish care for my dog. When I arrived, greeted right away. Check in process was smooth. Did not have to wait long to go to a exam room for care. When the technician and doctor came in to do the check up on my pet, they were very professional. Answered all questions and provided next steps that were needed. I am glad that I found this vet. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. We were under the impression we were going to have to put Jasper down yesterday afternoon. Instead, Dr Medina explained a few other options. Jasper received meds and fluids, and we took him home with us last night. Dr Medina and Kyle with both wonderful to us, compassionate and understanding to our situation. They both went above and beyond for our kitty Jasper, and we truly appreciate what they did for him.
