My Aussie Labradoodle LOVES Pucci. On the day of his groom, his ears perk up and he starts jumping around with excitement when I mention that he's getting a "Hair cut". I drop my boy off in the morning, and he's usually ready by noon or 1pm depending on how busy they are that day. The staff is kind, always greeting us with a warm welcome and they call me when he's ready. Not only does Blue love it, but I do too! It's close to work for me, so it's super convenient; however, it's definitely worth the drive on my days off. I highly recommend Pucci! They do a fabulous job! I also love the cute bandanna they dress him with when I pick him up, it's a nice touch. read more

Best grooming experience ever! My gigantic German Shepherd was in serious need of a deep cleaning, and I found Pucci through a Google search. They require booking about a week out and that dogs are up-to-date on rabies shots, neither of which were a problem. First, wht I love about how they run their shop is that dogs are dropped off in the morning and stay all day, so you can run errands or whatever while your pooch is in their loving hands. Everyone who works there is super nice, friendly, and professional, and they make sure to do a deep cleaning and dry thick fur thoroughly, so no residual smell. My dog still looks and smells great a week later. The shop is adorable and clean, and an pleasure to visit. Excellent prices, too. Highly recommended! read more

I very highly recommend Pucci! I have 2 welsh terriers and Pucci does an amazing job. My dogs are hellions, so it can't be very easy to groom them either. I never found a single groomer in austin that even came close to being as good as Pucci and they're reasonably priced. read more

Jess and her team did a great job with my dog. She is a large stubborn 9 year old dog. When we approached the door I could barely get her inside. Once inside, Jessica took her and patiently worked with her all day in smaller sessions. After a day at the dog spa, my old girl thinks she is a princess. Jessica is the only person my autistic, water fearing Pyr will allow to bathe her. She has a special way with difficult animals, and her pricing is very fair. My dog - who has been traumatized by other groomers who treated her roughly - always has a happy face and looks and smells great when I pick her up. Most caring dog groomers I have ever experienced! My rescue pup, "Lucy", was not a very good puppy to be trimmed. The first groomer I took her to in my home town told me if she didn't get better she would not trim her anymore. Driving one and a half hours one way I took Lucy to Pucci and 5 years later I am still driving 3 hours because of the love and understanding they show Lucy! They are so gentle and caring with her. I would highly, highly recommend Pucci to everyone! So happy I found them for my nervous little Lu!! read more

This place is awful!!!! The people are nasty to the customers so I can only imagine how they treat the dogs. Everything is hidden. They drag your dog to the back and you never know where they go! The grooming I got for my dog was uneven and someone shaved his belly to the point of being bloody. The prices are very low and now I see why! I will NEVER EVER go back there!!! read more

I am shocked. I sent my mom to Pucci with her new puppy. The groomer, (not Jessica), talked down to my mother about the puppy's training so far. They did not have the dog done when they said they would. The cut was uneven and there were gouges. Mind you, he is a young pup, but I have come to expect better from Pucci. The groomer was rude with my mother, who is a very nice lady. On the way home a flea jumped off of the puppy, (who had never had a flea before and is treated with Advantex). I am ashamed that I recommended Pucci to my mother and I thought it only fair to update my recommendation on Yelp. I maintain that Jessica is outstanding, but apparently not everyone at Pucci is of her caliber. read more

Poor customer service from owner ............... new customer, took two dog and didn't feel welcomed so Pucci is not for me ..

Here it is Thanksgiving week and my dog needs a bath. I hurt my back and couldn't wash him myself. He's just a little mutt but well-behaved and known to another local groomer where we usually take him. She had a full schedule and couldn't fit us in. In desperation, I turned to Pucci's and they were able to work him in. I will be forever grateful. He seems to have been cared for at least as well as at the other groomer. He's clean. Smells good and I'M HAPPY. read more

I just took my English Springer Spaniel to Pucci's today. While the cut looked great, when we got home I turned him on his back for tummy rub. I was shocked to find that he was bleeding where he had been cut too short, way too short, like a gouge. There was also another gouge, but no cut.. He is an old boy, a rescue dog and I know that he was not happy to have to sit in a crate, but out of a crate, he is likely to fall asleep standing up. Had the groomer pointed this problem out at the time I picked him up, I would have been OK ... not happy, but OK. Leaving me to find this injury at home is truly unacceptable. Caio, Pucci! read more
