Sometimes I've boarded her, which usually causes her to be reluctant the next time we go for day care. Not at Pups and Pals! She is so excited every morning! The daily schedule allows for group play and indoor rest. The staff evaluates the dogs' personalities, size, and energy levels before putting them in a group. Playtime includes best friends, lots of cuddles and kisses, pools in the summer, and always playscapes. They go out anywhere between 6-8 times a day, with breaks in their air conditioned suites. The building is super nice, very new, and the play areas have K9 grass that keeps their paws nice and clean. I especially like that it is hosed every night. BTW there's a groomer onsite! Just a heads up -- it's hard to see the marquis from the 1st street entrance. You really need to know what you're looking for! April and I give Pups and Paws 4 paws up!

My dog had never been in a daycare before and so naturally I was a little worried. Every time I picked him up from the Bone Inn, my dog was happy and full of excitement. They really take care of EVERY dog in their care. They always have specials and fun holiday pics of your dogs!! Please go and give them a visit with your dogs. It can be difficult to get an appointment because they are always booked out. I think this is also a good indicator of how popular they are and how other pet owners like them as well. One thing that can be frustrating is that they gate keep their prescriptions. They really REALLY want you to buy your pets prescriptions from them, so they make it difficult to buy it from other locations like Chewy.com. You have to pay extra money to have the prescription sent to you and then you have to snail mail the prescription to chewy which is a pain. It's annoying because usually chewy does have better prices. Despite this, I still really like this vet and will keep going. They treat Sadie well and I feel like they are all really nice when we come in for an appt.
