At our last daycare, they were anxious, scared, and had slobber all over them. This time, happy, excited, and absolutely no saliva on them! We have 2 anxious boys who have different needs: one needs his naps and alone time, while the other needs to be with less aggressive dogs. A few notes: one day of daycare runs for about $26 (per dog), the location is located in an inconspicuous location, & in addition to the usual spay/neuter requirements, a quick release collar and nametag must be on your pups upon entry.

Before I was able to schedule the appointment they made sure she had her Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations. Since she's 16 and her vet has discontinued her Distemper vaccinations, they were very accommodating and just required a letter from the veterinarian explaining that exception and then they had a really easy and thorough portal to setup a profile and upload those documents, so I the future if I want to use their boarding she'll be all ready as far as vet records go (and it's easy to update in the future). We were happy to see that Megan greeted is and would be doing the grooming since she was the one who we met at NUZZL and did a great job with the nail trim a few weeks earlier. I was told it would be about 2 to 3 hours at most and got a text message at 2 hr 15 minutes saying she was ready to be picked up. Right on time!! There was no rush for me to get her, since she was in a kennel. When I arrived I got a tour of the boarding facilities which looked great and a rundown of how they schedule the day for the pups playtime and walks. It's nice to know they are so close to my house if I need a place in the future. Then my pup Kieli was brought out from the back and her hair was so shiny and I gave her a quick back rub and no hair came flying off. And she usually sheds like crazy!!! Great job and they took care of my pup well twice now.

My dog was already vaccinated, and had recent veterinary records uploaded, but they made a mistake which I didn't find out about until they tried to charge me for it. They cited an undated note in their files from a previous visit, but had no real way of confirming how it happened, or how to ensure it wouldn't happen again. The mistake was concerning. The reaction to it, or lack thereof, was even more concerning. I've asked to have a manager call me, which hasn't happened, and there is no urgency, or sense of concern from the staff. If they're able to brush off a mistake like that, what else is happening without owner knowledge? In my recent visit there were other smaller concerns, and lack of attention to detail, and I no longer feel confident in the staff.

I didn't think he would sit still long enough to have a completed groom but she made it happen with whatever dog magic she has. I am fairly familiar with Dogtopia but never knew they offered grooming as well! Booking was pretty easy, I was able to communicate with the staff over text. Sent over Laila's vet records and scheduled my day. I was asked if I could push my time from noon to 2pm but it wasn't a big inconvenience. I am very pleased with our service. It took about an hour and half. We were greeted at the door by the staff. Evie our groomer, was our front and introduced herself (to me and Laila ) She asked what I was hoping for Laila's cut and any other needs she may have. And she looks too cute! I will definitely come again when Laila's hair grows back out!

When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

To begin with their facility they do an evaluation (FREE!) which entails essentially a free day of daycare as they recommend for them to be dropped off at least for 4 hours. In addition, they are running a promo for 2 additional free days of daycare after the evaluation!!! In regards to the actual care for the dogs, you can absolutely tell the staff love the dogs. Or puppy at other daycare was extremely nervous to play/potty but not here she had SO MUCH FUN (never too much). For boarding, they give you a daily report card that includes so many pictures of the pups! In addition, they actually encourage owners to bring a bed/toy to make them feel more at home which most other places do not. On the last day they even gave both dogs a bath that wasn't requested by it was an incredibly appreciated thing they did. They have a webcam as well but I did not feel the need to check on it since I knew my pups were safe and having so much fun. It really took the worry out of our vacation I can truly not recommend playful pack and their staff more, we will absolutely be coming back!!

This company is the worst! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!…read more I've asked them to cat sit (shy kitty visit) a few times, and things were alright at first. There were no problems, besides the key not working properly one time. Then, very recently, An absolute NIGHTMARE happened. They locked the keys inside the apartment, and they also left the balcony door open! The screen door was slightly open as well, and since i have a cat, they can get through easily. I live on the 5th floor, this is not a safe height to let a cat stay at, and possibly jump out. This mistake was over memorial weekend, where staff and maintenance as well as my girlfriend and I were out of town or busy. They texted me, and gave me a half hearted insincere apology. When I tried opening their pet sitting portal recently, trying to take up their offer of reimbursing the key lock out fee of $250 over a holiday weekend, they had ghosted me!! I was locked out of my account, and my number blocked. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They make stupid mistakes and endanger pets -- the very last thing you want from a pet sitting company.

An important message that I sent was missed, which led to my cat's waste collecting over a period of days in the tub, and with my cat eventually peeing on my bed (he is beyond hygienic and selective with where he goes to the bathroom). Even with the missed message, I would think their noses would lead them to the tub? It absolutely stank when I got home (there was also dried cat vomit in the bathroom - I just live in a studio). And I then had to spend hours washing everything on my bed, getting Urine Destroyer, etc... really not ideal after getting home from a trip. This is in addition to lights being left on, pill pocket pack not sealed after use, and litter and garbage preferences not followed. Also, I would have preferred they contacted me when my cat decided not to eat his medicine the first day, than to decide how to handle it on their own, although their idea wasn't a bad one. They are perfectly nice people but I would say that if your cat requires anything beyond basic care (throw food in a bowl and scoop box), look elsewhere. Details and communication are important. I communicated some of this to the company and they offered me a free visit in the future, which I thought was a bit presumptuous. They did play with him and actually spend time with him (instead of feeding and dashing), which is something I do appreciate.
