I can't say enough about LuvMySitter! They were so professional and took great care of my children. After our first meeting (orientation), I knew that Tracy and her team were going to be a great fit for me and my four legged children. As soon as she showed up, my dog was so excited to see her as if he had already met her before. Tracy and Rita stayed at my place for about an hour and a half explaining to me how they work 1/2 the time and the other half was them getting to know my boyz and their daily schedule. Someone that comes over and spends an hour and a half out of their own free time to get to know my boyz, I am immediately sold! As for when I was gone.....I received updates but these weren't just "text updates" but more so paragraph updates on what took place during the visit, thoughts/reactions from my children, how they ate, if they played, etc....ALL with several pictures! I was in NYC which is one of my favorite vacations but I'm not going to lie, I was almost more excited to receive updates from LuvMySitter than the city itself! I can't even describe how much more LuvMySitter allowed me to enjoy my trip and not have to worry about my children. I highly recommend Tracy, Rita, and LuvMySitter. Owner said she would provide service, then never returned my calls 2 weeks before vacation. I rarely write negative Yelp reviews, but this situation has been incredibly stressful! I contacted Tracy, the owner, in early May asking if she could provide pet sitting for our dogs in June. She told me she could, and I filled out the needed info on her website. I did not receive a call back or email from her within the week, which I thought was odd, so I called her again. She said sorry for the delay, and she would review my dates and get back to me with specifics "by the end of today or tomorrow." 3-4 days passed without me hearing from her, so I called again. Tracy again told me "Thanks so much for your patience, I will look at this and tell you more details by the end of today or tomorrow." 3-4 more days passed, and I called her last Friday. She did not answer, so I left a voicemail. She has not returned my call as of today (Monday), and I can only assume that she has no intention of actually providing pet sitting for us. I have little faith and would not trust her or her staff to enter our home and care for our pets. By this point, our family vacation is fast approaching. I have lost sleep over trying to secure a pet sitter for our vacation time. I've been scrambling, and other pets sitters have told me they are booked by this point. I would have had more options if Tracy had just let me know she could not fulfill this request. read more

I have been using Luv My Sitter for several years now and couldn't be more impressed and eased when I leave my fur babies. The owner Tracy is so organized and on top of things, she thinks of every detail. Today I came home from a 4 day trip and had Ronda as my sitter. Words cannot describe how fantastic Ronda is! She took exceptional care of my pugs as well as my house. She went above and beyond in her care, and sent me updates multiple times per day with the nicest compliments and cutest pics of my pups. I could tell she wasn't just doing her job, but truly took pleasure in and enjoyed being at my house and hanging out with my babies. What a saint of a woman! Highly recommend this company. I've never had a bad experience and they impress me more and more with each service. I was so impressed with Luv My Sitter. I have two cats, ages 12 and 13, who have a few health issues and require some medications and extra attention. They came and did a meet and greet with my cats in order to establish a relationship and they asked a lot of great questions to ensure they could provide the best care. While I was away, the sitter, Rita, sent me pictures and descriptions of our my babies were doing with each visit. While I was away, one of my cats appeared to have an abscess on her tooth. Rita let me know ASAP and the owner, Tracy, called me personally to explain the situation and how to address it once I got home. When I returned home, my cats were happy and comfortable. I was so grateful to both Tracy and Rita for providing such excellent care of my two cats. They are reasonably priced with outstanding customer service. Tracy is awesome! Two thumbs up for sure! If I can use toes, and they count then 4! She is so easy to talk to and I had great vibes from the minute she arrived on my doorstep. She was super attentive the minute she walked in. I felt at ease with her and my social butterfly was happy to meet her. She asked the questions necessary when it came to administering medication and I left her everything necessary. I introduced her to my "sourpuss" aka Kiz. He responded as expected, by cowering, then running away. Nonetheless, Tracy kept me updated daily, which was often difficult with the time difference. (I was in the Netherlands/7hrs) She let me know her immediate concern about Kiz when he couldn't be found. He had made his way under the bed, which was boarded off. Tracy's communication, and finding him kept me at ease. I came back from vacation not only happy my house was intact and well cared for, but more importantly, my fur kids had been cared for by someone I trust and also cares about them. Miss Kali will be happy to see Tracy again and as always demanding of her attention, first and foremost! Kismet, on the other hand, its just going to take a little time. Hes not the most trusting,Tracy, but I'm sure if you heard the little chirp from under the bed, he's fine. He'll make his way to you when he's ready. read more

Luv My Sitter took excellent care of our very large dog during our holiday travel time. They were very professional and friendly, and twent above and beyond - coming several times a day to play and walk with him (and keep him out of trouble) and crate him at night. They consistently provided updates and sent us photos of our very happy pet! They even did a lot of little extras that were so very helpful. I have used Tracy and her team twice while we were out of town for over a week each time. After the first time span, I had a conversation with Tracy that the visits were limited in time since my dogs are in crates when no one is home. She promised me the service would improve. On the second time span, on the first day, she and her team again left my dogs alone for 13 hours with only a two hour visit after 8 hours. I had to call after another 5 hour gap with no service to track down my sitter. I paid for 4 visits each day with overnight stay when possible....definitely didn't meet this and I fired her after this first day. Horrible service!! read more

Tracy and her team have been great. We've been using them for several months now, they have bent over backwards to help take care of things when we're gone. Our dogs are a little high maintenance, and they always make sure and go the extra mile with taking them out, throwing the ball, etc. They have even taken the trash cans to the curb before, and ran one of the dogs to the vet when she got sick! read more

I've been using Tracy's pet sitting services for 3 years, and have only great things to say about her! I first met Tracy when my vet referred her to me to teach me how to give my dog insulin shots. I didn't think I could do it, but with Tracy's patience, she made sure I was able to do it on my own. She has been my pet sitter ever since!
