We have 100% confidence in Melissa and her team and want to share our experience because - when we were looking for long-term pet sitting - we didn't have any recommendations to help us. Five-star details: 1. Outstanding Communications. Melissa is always available, including by phone, text, and email. She does what she says she is going to do. We've spoken on the phone & Melissa has a great app which gives you updates and photos of your pet! 2. Genuine Caring. On our most recent trip, the weather got cold. Melissa's team members worked with us to turn on our well heater, ensure our pup was kept warm and cozy, and gave us detailed updates and photos. 3. Going Above & Beyond. Melissa called me about the cold weather to alert us in case we didn't know it was going to be below freezing and to ensure our pet was fully taken care of. Her team actually plays with your pet, spends real quality time, and ensures your pet feels loved. They brought our dog extra treats which was incredibly thoughtful because our dog is a senior citizen - and they actually know about dogs so they brought treats that are great for his health as well as being yummy!

We have full confidence that our cat (and our house) are in good hands while we are away. As a bonus, our cat LOVES all of the sitters ;)

Somehow, he seems younger: more energy, more interest in his surroundings, and noticeably more alert. On his walk, he had a new spring in his step (he's usually stiff after sleeping most of the day) and was focused and eager to move forward. He typically barks at strangers, but this time showed no interest--and dare I say, he even seemed better trained. At home, he wasn't food-focused in his behavior, and I truly believe he thinks he's still going to get the same level of activity and stimulation he enjoyed at Dogtopia. One of the best parts of his time there is the professional, supervised interaction with other dogs his own size. I never second-guess taking him to Dogtopia. The results speak for themselves.

I have known Ally for around 5-6 years and she has taken care of our German Sheppard over the years and has given the same love, attention and affection to our dog that she shows her own pups. She provides some of the best experiences for pups, taking them to beautiful open spaces to run around, on nice hikes or bodies of water, as well as good socialization. Near the end of the meet and greet, she asked if we would like her to take out the trash, water the plants, or pick up the mail! Honestly, I was floored! On the morning of the event, Ms. Ashleigh arrived with the sweetest and most laid-back pup, Maverick. The students were Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st graders. They LOVED this station! Ms. Ashleigh talked about her job as a groomer and showed tools to the students. She modeled how she used the tools on a dog and she let the students pet Maverick. She answered questions and was so engaging and friendly with the classes. It was so amazing to have Reese's Pet Sitting as a part of our Careers on Wheels. I appreciate this business volunteering almost 2 hours of their time to participate in our event.
