We've spoken on the phone & Melissa has a great app which gives you updates and photos of your pet! 2. Genuine Caring. On our most recent trip, the weather got cold. Melissa's team members worked with us to turn on our well heater, ensure our pup was kept warm and cozy, and gave us detailed updates and photos. 3. Going Above & Beyond. Melissa called me about the cold weather to alert us in case we didn't know it was going to be below freezing and to ensure our pet was fully taken care of. Kramer was always excited to see her...that made me happy to see. Ally kept Kramer in tip-top shape with long walks. I should mention Ally took care of Kramer from when he was just a wee little boy to almost six years old. She helped me train him (although he obeys her more than me).
