Leigh was A-Mazing! In the past, we boarded our dogs and were a bit hesitant to use an at-home dog sitting service. The thought of having a stranger in our home while we weren't there was a hurdle for us. When Leigh came for the preliminary visit, we instantly knew that having her watch our fur babies was a great choice. They liked her immediately, which does not always happen, and my husband and I knew that our dogs would be much happier in their own home under her care. Near the end of the meet and greet, she asked if we would like her to take out the trash, water the plants, or pick up the mail! Honestly, I was floored! Not only did the standard and even holiday price cover both dogs, was less expensive than boarding, saved us a trip to drop them off and pick them up, but she was also offering additional services. Oh, and I certainly did NOT miss that kennel smell on the dogs when we returned home. Each visit we received an update on how our dogs were doing along with pictures of their smiling faces, which we shared with our family while we were visiting. 4 YEAR UPDATE: These guys are so great. Deanna is ridiculously and awesomely accommodating and really took a ton of time to revisit with my boy (and my new girl!) when I moved to a different location and needed a new sitter/walker. She really let's me talk as much as I need to feel better that all bases are covered (even when I know I talk way too much). Deanna is very concerned over her clients satisfaction and the happiness of our furry children. My new sitter is Nicky and so far I'm really happy with her. She saw my dogs on time, sends me photos, texts me about them and even grabbed my trash for me. She accommodates any silly or piddly request of mine with no problem. THANK YOU! :) I have not tried their boarding/overnight services yet but I can confidently say their walking and playtime visits have always been great. Deanna and Brian have even covered for their sitters on the extremely rare occasion an emergency happens and the sitter can't show so that I am NEVER left high and dry. Let me start by saying I've never left a review before but felt compelled to to do so now. I've used Fetch twice and have been extremely happy from the very start. When I drop them off and come back to pick up my puppies they are always playful and do not rush to leave. It's awesome that they get two long walks a day on the beautiful trails near kays home. Kay even worked on some training lessons to help them in areas they need some addition work like walking on a leash and jumping up on people when they come through the door. I receive frequent pictures and text 3 to 4 times daily showing me and updating me on how much fun Starbuck and Ripley are having. I love the constant communication and I can't thank Kay and Deanna enough for their responsiveness, service and outstanding worry free boarding, consistantly. I've been a client for four years and the pet sitters have been consistently kind, reliable and just really nice people. They have gone out of their way to cover for me when family emergencies have cropped up. My dog is old (nearly 14), cranky, and a bit neurotic. She can't be boarded -- she freaks out in kennel cages due to some really traumatic early experiences -- and only warms up to other dogs (and people) slowly. OK, I have used pet sitting services before but both of them must have been too busy to bother calling me back. I had this lady actually answer my call and it seemed like she was really interested in hearing me talk about all 4 of my dogs. She even gave me some good advice on how to handle my calf nipping corgi. During the interview she was so professional and I thought the company t-shirts were a nice touch. When my Bobby was acting up she stayed in constant contact with me and I could always get a hold of her. Not only did she baby them but since she was training for a marathon my lab got a nice short run every morning and night. He actually chewed on less stuff than when I'm normally home. I am not hard to please, take care of my animals and let me know they are OK. I could never get this out of this branch of Fetch. Call me, email, text, leave a note, whatever; just let me know. I think that Brian and his wife are super nice people. I don't know if they have either a high turnover or tons of pet sitters. When I would call for a sitting, most of the time, I would need to be introduced to a new sitter. It was tough to coordinate schedules and in the end to much hassle. I really wished we had been able to work it out. It was great to not have to worry about money since they would bill our card after the service. (That I liked!) This was just my experience and it looks like others have loved them. read more

WOW! These people are FANTASTIC! Not only did the sitter come before to meet us and our pets, but so did the owners. They were very professional and caring. We had never before left our pets for more than 2 days and we felt very good knowing they were being taken care of by Rachel.The pictures texts made a huge difference :D Our dog and cats were very well taken care of and it was evident by how happy they still were when we got home. Brian Mueller is the best! he not only runs a great business but he is really good people. he spent close to two hour with us and Oki, our 110 Lbs Akita, waiting ever so patiently for my "one man dog" to warm up to him. Jeff has been fantastic! He has a calm and confident energy that our dogs have really responded to in even the very first visit. Our girl is hard to win over but he did it, very quickly. Our per care taker goes above and beyond. Rob has become almost like an extended member of our household because of how great he takes care of our pets and his willingness to help out during unexpected times when we cannot be there to let the dogs out.
