They met a new groomer today and she was so patient with them. They smelled 'beautiful, and their nails were painted so pretty. The girls always look forward to their next visit. It's a treat for them :) And always a treat for me to see them 'prissing' around, feeling good :)

I treat my 'fur babies' as my children, & I was very comfortable leaving my 2 girls there today. We were able to be seen on the same day we tried to make an appointment. The staff is great! They had much information about all the services they provide, & work closely w/a trainer there to teach your animals basic obedience skills. And have the ability to train your animal to Service Animal level For what received, the pricing was beyond what I would call reasonable. 2 large labs were completely groomed, even down to painted toenails ;) for $20/each, due to an in-store special running for the month of January 2016. ($5 extra for the polish) K-9 Resort and Day Spa is the only grooming/boarding/daycare facility in the area that is owned by a Veterinarian. This made me feel so comfortable knowing that IF anything were to go wrong, we were in good hands and my ladies were safe. Also a note: This business operates @ 2 locations.

No more jumping on the neighbors and kids and my baby comes when called! I just drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon! Socialization training was so helpful. They worked her to the bone for the entire summer and when it was over, they said no. They told her they would not sign the paper because they didn't feel she got enough experience. SHE POSTPONED SCHOOLING to sit in on additional surgery's and help out in a desperate attempt to get them to commit to their promise which they agreed to, only to never get back to her afterwards and eventually act like they didn't know what she was talking about. You people are liars and theives. She worked for you for months for no pay. You destroyed her entire career. She didn't get accepted Becuase that paper was REQUIRED and you TOLD HER YOU WOULD SIGN IT.

After making a second appointment and having my dog at the clinic I was cancelled on again. Both times, I was told my dog was not a priority. They have a policy that allows them to reschedule any pets that have an owner who works at the clinic. Because my wife works there, they found it easy to reschedule our dog. After addressing the issue, I was rescheduled an appointment 12 days later because they don't consider this a priority.

She ruined my vacation, and risked the lives of my cats, by not locking my back door, which was somehow opened -- setting off my security system. The alarm sounded for an extended period if time, resulting in the police coming. Meanwhile, my cats were missing for several hours, while I frantically made plans to end my trip early to return home. Please do not put your pets at risk.
