Five-star details: 1. Outstanding Communications. Melissa is always available, including by phone, text, and email. She does what she says she is going to do. We've spoken on the phone & Melissa has a great app which gives you updates and photos of your pet! 2. Genuine Caring. On our most recent trip, the weather got cold. Melissa's team members worked with us to turn on our well heater, ensure our pup was kept warm and cozy, and gave us detailed updates and photos. 3. Going Above & Beyond. Melissa called me about the cold weather to alert us in case we didn't know it was going to be below freezing and to ensure our pet was fully taken care of. We have full confidence that our cat (and our house) are in good hands while we are away. As a bonus, our cat LOVES all of the sitters ;)

I called last minute to ask if they'd be able to help me out. They came out that evening to meet my furry family and listen to my routine. They asked a lot of questions about each pet. They asked questions about any health issues and had backup plans in case something happened to them. They put me at ease right away and it was an easy decision to have them care for my three cats. I received daily updates and pictures of the cats playing, eating, and posing. These daily updates were very helpful and I stopped worrying about them after day one. They kept the schedule that I keep so as not to cause stress to the cats and provided information for me before I left to help with that as well. You choose how many times they come out. They don't just feed and empty boxes. They make sure the cats have a little play time, a little love and maybe even some brushing. I came home and everyone seemed just fine. They weren't overly fussy or put out because we were gone. UpScale Tailz provides extremely affordable services and I didn't stress my cats by taking them out of their environment. I have known Ally for around 5-6 years and she has taken care of our German Sheppard over the years and has given the same love, attention and affection to our dog that she shows her own pups. I would trust Ally with my dog's life, no hesitation. She is very in-tune with pet behavior and notices abnormalities quickly. She provides some of the best experiences for pups, taking them to beautiful open spaces to run around, on nice hikes or bodies of water, as well as good socialization. WARNING: Your dog may love Ally more than you after being in her care! Our dogs are rescues from Austin Boxer Rescue and we have had a total of 3 adoptions and we have also fostered 3 boxers from them. Prior to this most recent visit to Bliss for boarding, Jaxi had a hurt paw and needed antibiotics while she stayed. D.Bo often likes to find a corner to relax during the day and they always make sure he has a soft little bed to lay on instead of the cold floor. Long story short, they go above and beyond to take care of my two babies! D.Bo and Jaxi always come home looking happy and well-cared for. We're always sent pictures of them from their visit - it makes me feel so good to know that when we can't be with them, they are getting the love and attention they deserve.
