Stacy and Amy were very nice and accommodating and were able to put us on the schedule starting the very next day (I'm a procrastinator). She gave me the phone number of the company who installed the softener (it was on the tank) and stood by while I called them. Melissa's team members worked with us to turn on our well heater, ensure our pup was kept warm and cozy, and gave us detailed updates and photos. 3. Going Above & Beyond. Melissa called me about the cold weather to alert us in case we didn't know it was going to be below freezing and to ensure our pet was fully taken care of. Our dogs are rescues from Austin Boxer Rescue and we have had a total of 3 adoptions and we have also fostered 3 boxers from them. Prior to this most recent visit to Bliss for boarding, Jaxi had a hurt paw and needed antibiotics while she stayed. Long story short, they go above and beyond to take care of my two babies! D.Bo and Jaxi always come home looking happy and well-cared for.
