She came for an initial visit prior to our vacation to introduce herself, meet us and our pups, and find out their routines. She was extremely friendly and genuinely excited to meet us and out pups. While we were initially hesitant to have someone in our home everyday, as soon as we met and talked with Ginger, all of our concerns disappeared. During our vacation, for each visit, Ginger sent us a long narrative about how the visit went, bathroom info for each pup, how they ate, and issues, and included a collage of 10 to 15 pictures of our pups. This was every visit (3 times per day for 10 days)!!!! When one of our pups got sick, she cleaned it, when one has leaky eyes from allergies, she took care of it. She even hand fed one of our "entitled" pup when he refused to eat with the others like he doesn't when we are home. She went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be using Pet Gal in the future. I would recommend Ginger every day and twice on Sunday! She is the best and we were lucky to have her!!!

They are very affordable; especially when you consider the investment they put into their sitters. All sitters have had background checks. There are quite a few choices out there but after quite a bit of research and trying a couple other service, Pet Gals is for us.

One of my cats does not do well being put into a carrier so I was really stressed out about having to cart my babies to a boarding location. I decided to try pet sitting and called a few local pet sitters and had to leave messages for 4. Only 1 called back and Stacy's picked up when I called. Stacy and Amy were very nice and accommodating and were able to put us on the schedule starting the very next day (I'm a procrastinator). Stacy came over each day and took great care of my two cat babies and texted me pics for most of the days she visited. She gave me the phone number of the company who installed the softener (it was on the tank) and stood by while I called them. It took three trips to this venue to finally get him acclimated to the team. Dr. McJett and her team is so patient and supportive of our little maniac. She has recommended so many helpful tips to help us. Our Max had an ear infection and he would not put us treat him at home. After several attempts, Dr. McJett was able to pack it and allow the healing to begin. At least to a point where we could start home treatment. Other local vets were unsuccessful. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of care shown at the Liberty Hill Veterinary Wellness Pet…read moreclinic. My German Shepard was diagnosed with Pannus, a incurable but treatable condition that can lead to blindness in both eyes. After it was diagnosed, it was arranged to bring him back in three weeks to check progress. I ran out of the prescription 3 days prior to the follow-up appointment. Despite this, when I requested a refill to bridge the three days until our follow-up, I was met with total indifference. The clinic insisted on a 24-48 hour wait for a medication they had in stock, even though their own vet performed the exam. When I pressed for urgency to prevent a flare-up, the staff hung up on me. When I called back later that day, I was told they were too busy with other prescriptions and only had one tech. I asked to talk to someone else and they said there was no one else available. It takes seconds to pull a bottle off a shelf, yet they chose to let my dog miss multiple treatments rather than show an ounce of flexibility. They treated me like an "irritant" rather than a concerned pet owner. It is my opinion that they are not responsive, they are not compassionate and they just do not care. I will never bring my dog back to them again.

My dogs where dropped off at 8:55 am and I showed up at 3:00 PM because I hadn't gotten a call…read morethinking they didn't have my number or something . I was told they hadn't even started working on my two dogs but they where about to in a little bit because they where backed up . So I call at 5:22 to see how much longer being that they close at 5:30 and was told they where still backed up and hadn't started on my dogs yet and also they would be done in a while . Ok so I don't care what the excuse is ,I have no clue if the dogs are in cages with water or have been able to use the restroom outside their cages for at least 8 1/2 ho I've avoided places like PetSmart foe this same reason . They say oh your pets just fine we have water and we walk them when in fact they don't leave their cage for like 6 hours straight and don't have water bowls either . Even with water sitting in a cage waiting to be groomed from basically 9:00 am to past 5:30 is insane . At this point I'm within reason of being upset to a certain degree . I get they are behind maybe lack help or whatever but damn if you had too many cuts lined up for one day all you had to say was sorry we are booked and left it at that . I appreciate taking my dogs in but don't understand how a small poodle and Shih Tzu take 9 hours to get groomed . Even with doing one dog an hour which i doubt is the case you'd had to have had 15-18 dogs or more all before them if you had two groomers at the least . Even if you had only 12 dogs before them that's way to much do offer to cut in the time you guys open and close . If it's not then why is taking so long?
