Action Pack went above and beyond to help our family during a recent medical emergency. Even though Action Pack was moments away from closing that evening, the employees stayed long enough to allow a family friend time to retrieve the dog from the home and bring to Action Pack. Action Pack was extremely accommodating throughout this entire ordeal - finding space for the dog and allowing him to be dropped off for an undetermined amount of time, even going into a holiday weekend. Unbeknownst to us, at the time of drop off, this dog had a severe flea infestation. The staff at Action Pack treated the situation professionally and compassionately. Not only did Action Pack completely eliminate the fleas, but they continued to care for him in the days afterwards- giving him multiple oatmeal baths and ointment to help provide relief for the skin irritation. By the time we got back to Texas and were able to pick up the dog, he was 100% back to his happy and healthy self. We are extremely grateful to Action Pack for helping us during this hectic and stressful time and have no doubt that the dog was well cared for throughout. We also appreciate the professional and courteous manner in which we were treated upon pickup. Action Pack is absolutely, hands down, the best boarding facility we have ever worked with.

Be aware before booking here…read more The communication is extremely poor -- calls go unanswered, and it's nearly impossible to get a clear response from anyone. The staff is not only unhelpful but also comes across as impolite and dismissive when you do manage to reach them. What's even more concerning is the lack of management. No one seems to be in control or able to handle basic customer service situations professionally. I've taken all three of my pets here and spent over $6,000 in just three months, so this isn't coming from a one-time visit. Despite that, the only thing I was told when trying to resolve the situation was that the staff member is "commission-based" and wouldn't get paid -- as if that should be my responsibility. This is especially frustrating considering my pet had just undergone surgery at this same location and was not even allowed to have a bath. I canceled the appointment within 24 hours for that reason, yet they still attempted to charge me. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. I would not trust them with my pets or my time.
