We have 100% confidence in Melissa and her team and want to share our experience because - when we were looking for long-term pet sitting - we didn't have any recommendations to help us. Five-star details: 1. Outstanding Communications. Melissa is always available, including by phone, text, and email. She does what she says she is going to do. We've spoken on the phone & Melissa has a great app which gives you updates and photos of your pet! 2. Genuine Caring. On our most recent trip, the weather got cold. Melissa's team members worked with us to turn on our well heater, ensure our pup was kept warm and cozy, and gave us detailed updates and photos. 3. Going Above & Beyond. Melissa called me about the cold weather to alert us in case we didn't know it was going to be below freezing and to ensure our pet was fully taken care of. Her team actually plays with your pet, spends real quality time, and ensures your pet feels loved. They brought our dog extra treats which was incredibly thoughtful because our dog is a senior citizen - and they actually know about dogs so they brought treats that are great for his health as well as being yummy!

We have full confidence that our cat (and our house) are in good hands while we are away. As a bonus, our cat LOVES all of the sitters ;)

They send send us regular SMS photos of our doggie which is a nice touch. We live in downtown Austin and have tried various other pet borders. Every time we would board him downtown, our dog was stressed and took a while to get back to normal. We probably tried five or six before finding Just Fur Pets. We tried Just Fur Pets on a recommendation from a work colleague. We never looked back. Even though the drive is 45-55 minutes one way, it is well worth it. Our dog loves Denise and her husband. They take great care of him. Also, their their rates are very reasonable. Much cheaper than downtown Austin standards. While it is a little bit of a drive, your bill will be less and you can sleep easily knowing your pet is well taken care of and loved. Simply put, I cannot recommend Just Fur Pets enough. I would give them six stars if I could!

I regularly drive 45 minutes (one way) to Just Fur Pets because it's worth it! When I arrive, my dog (a polite senior pup) pulls his leash with all his strength to get to Denise's front door. He doesn't even look back when I shout bye as he slips into the house. Denise is a tried and true animal lover. She is experienced in a way that only one with a lifetime of pet care can be. She is kind, flexible, and professional. Her rates are reasonable and my dog's obvious happiness is all over his face at drop off and pick up. She came for an initial visit prior to our vacation to introduce herself, meet us and our pups, and find out their routines. She was extremely friendly and genuinely excited to meet us and out pups. While we were initially hesitant to have someone in our home everyday, as soon as we met and talked with Ginger, all of our concerns disappeared. During our vacation, for each visit, Ginger sent us a long narrative about how the visit went, bathroom info for each pup, how they ate, and issues, and included a collage of 10 to 15 pictures of our pups. This was every visit (3 times per day for 10 days)!!!! When one of our pups got sick, she cleaned it, when one has leaky eyes from allergies, she took care of it. She even hand fed one of our "entitled" pup when he refused to eat with the others like he doesn't when we are home. She went above and beyond our expectations.
