I was searching for a good place for our dog Luke for a few months. We were going for our son's wedding in September and needed to leave Luke for a week. Finally I learned about Jennifer's Pup Strut. I contacted her and we set up a meet and greet meeting to see if her dogs and mine will be fine together. Our Luke is friendly but hyper, plus he didn't have much opportunity to play with other dogs since we moved to Austin area. Meeting went very well, Jennifer is great with animals, very calm and caring, and her dogs are friendly and well trained. Because we were going for a longer trip Jennifer asked if I wanted to set up a play date for Luke before we go. I thought it was a great idea and I brought Luke to her place two weeks before our travel. After that I knew that Jennifer's home is a good place for Luke. He had a great time playing with her dogs and was well cared for. Plus when the time came for our trip and I brought him to Jennifer, he already knew her home and had friends there! Every day during our travel Jennifer send me pictures of Luke with notes of how he is doing. I saw that he is happily tired, resting next to Jennifer's dogs, sharing toys and posing for pictures. I am really happy that I found Jennifer! She is great with dogs and very accommodating. A month later we went again for another wedding and I brought Luke back to her. Jennifer and her safe, welcoming, home environment has been a game changer for our family. We have a dog that has some anxiety and doesn't do well with new strangers. We knew she wouldn't do well in a standard boarding environment. From the very first time our dog visited Jennifer's house, she loved it! She will now pull on her leash to run into their house when we bring her over. Jennifer accommodates both daycare and overnight care, so our family can now go out of town not only without worrying about our dog, but knowing that she is having a great time when we are not with her! I can't recommend Jennifer and her services highly enough. My dogs, Jassy and Charlie, would be dropped of for doggy day care with Jen every other day. When I would go to pick them they would greet me so enthusiastically and then run back into Jen's house, not ready to leave. Having taken them to a bad doggy day care before I met Jen I knew from their reactions that they were so happy to be there. They would leap from the car and almost bowl me over trying to get to her. At the previous daycare they would cower at the door. I would have no problems recommending Jennifer and would give her ten stars if I could. read more

Jennifer was an awesome resource for me and my crazy mutt, Charley for many many years. When Charley was a puppy, she helped with in home visits to make sure she got out as often as she needed. As Charley got older and I traveled a lot for work, Charley frequently stayed with Jennifer and her dogs. I knew Charley was having a great time and receiving great care, so I had less guilt about leaving my fur baby knowing she was in Jennifer's capable hands! I'm super sad that Jennifer is no longer in the Seattle area, but her new home in Cedar Park is lucky to have such a great dog sitter available. read more

We are new to town and wanted to take a quite vacation. Not knowing anyone I called Jennifer. She came over and my boys loved her right away. I did not interview anyone else. I have used Pup Strut (Jennifer) for seven years. She walks my dogs (two Yorkies and a Brittany Spaniel) five days a week and has kept them in her day care often. She also boards them during my vacations. She has proven extremely reliable and texts me if she is running late.
