We have lived here for 10 years and have used them for 4 different dogs. Unfortunately 2 passed with age. This is an amazing clinic that has helped us thru serious illness requiring hospitalization, orthopedic surgery and palliative care for 2 of our dogs. Dawn James and her colleagues are first class The staff are all amazing caring people who obviously like their job which is what all you need to know. We are very grateful that they are so close and so good. I would highly recommend Matt Phillips MD Retired Cardiologist

I've been going here for years. Always friendly, attentive, and good with my pets. Straight shooters with a customer oriented policy which I always appreciate. Thank you for your wonderful service.

We loss our sweet boy, Winston, this week. We were traveling from out of town to Austin,TX. Our sweet boy was not acting normal. He was an older boy. We called Four Paws. They didn't know our family. But they were so kind and considerate. They were booked solid, but they still got us in the same day we called. They sent our boy home with some antibiotics and pain meds. They had loads of compassion for him and us. We were grateful that they were able to see us. But their compassion didn't stop there. They checked on Winston. And the next day, we had to make the inevitable decision to release him from his pain and suffering. Again, from the first phone call to the end of the procedure they were professional, kind and compassionate to us and him. Four Paws at Four Points has amazing customer service from the reception team to the veterinary staff. We thank and appreciate them for going way above and way beyond the scope of our expectations.

I have been going to four paws for years and years now. No one likes going to the vet. It means money out of your pocket, and for Eli ( My two year old Border Collie) it means shots usually. However, these people over at four paws are of a different breed all together! Today we had a bit of a scare! Eli swallowed something unusual that seemed to have caused inflammation and quite a bit of discomfort. I called them up, and they were ready for him immediately. Admittedly, I was scared, too! Though, the doctor and other staff have always been very reassuring yet professional. They led me into making the right decisions for my best friend. This all happened earlier today (10/13/20) and Eli is already home feeling much much better. I use Yelp to read reviews. I rarely take the time to write them. Though, I can't recommend these vet care workers more. Again, vets are never fun. But this place makes the anxiety filled part of it seem to just melt away. If you are looking for a complete team of professionals to care for your dog AND for you!? It's always going to be Four Paws at Four Points. And Eli leaves every time with a new bandana!

I've taken my new puppy, Austin, here for all of his vaccinations, neutering and annual check ups and I have never been disappointed. I also take my older dog, Mia, for her annual needs as well. Every single employee that we have interacted with from the moment we step in the door have been very friendly and helpful. I have seen all three vets at this clinic and have nothing but positive experiences with them. I would highly recommend this practice due to their reasonable prices, efficiency, knowledge and compassion towards my fur babies.

New bandana. Abbergold is so stylish

We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

The facility is spotlessly clean, which gives me total peace of mind when leaving my pet there. It's also in a super convenient location off US-183, easy to get to from Leander and surrounding areas. What really sets them apart is the 24-hour staffing--they provide round-the-clock care for boarded animals, so I never have to worry about my dog being alone overnight. We've used them for both daycare and overnight boarding multiple times, and it's been a fantastic experience every single time. I highly recommend Paws Landing for anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their furry family members!

It is the PERFECT place to bring every new puppy. Your dog is given the best type of socialization with other dogs of similar size and energy. Along with the solicitation, you get to learn valuable lessons on how to train and prepare your dog to be the best pet around. What makes this place better than the rest is the property. After touring multiple day cares in Austin, you soon learn that they all give the dogs a box the size of a bedroom to try and get their energy out. HP takes it to the next level with a massive field with toys and obstacles that they can run until they're tired. Our pup would come back each week, and instantly pass out. One word of advice, if you have a dog like ours, be prepared for a bath when you get home, because they will come home dirty. This is definitely not the place if you are trying to keep your dog clean. That being said, it is worth the bath.

This isn't just gross; it's dangerous. Secondhand smoke isn't only harmful to humans, it's been proven to cause serious health issues in dogs, including respiratory problems, allergies, and even cancer over time. The fact that the employees think this is acceptable shows a complete lack of professionalism, common sense, and basic compassion for the animals in their care. If they're this careless about something as obvious as keeping toxic smoke away from dogs, what corners are they cutting when no one is watching? I would never risk leaving my dog here. There are far better facilities that actually prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of the pets they're paid to protect. This place is a hard NO for any responsible pet owner.

Enter Hounds Town. Yesterday was our first day: my boy got a full day of daycare, where he was able to socialize and play with six other dogs around his size. He also got a bath (with a blow-dry and the cutest branded bandana ever, which is perfect for my obsessive dog-mom scrapbook). While I did qualify for their lovely first-visit-free promo this time around, even if I hadn't the price for both of those would have STILL been cheaper than what I usually pay for just his bath. Overall, prices are extremely reasonable and competitive with other animal care facilities in the greater Austin area, but honestly I've tried quite a few places and it just feels like you get *more* at Hounds Town. The staff clearly love animals, and their jobs. Everyone is so friendly. I really can't understate the amazing impression I've gotten of this establishment, just from the first day! My boy came back to me relaxed and happy, with no signs of stress or anxiety. They've definitely earned a regular customer in us.
