A runny filling and greasy exterior in crab rangoon are generally caused by excess moisture in the filling and incorrect oil temperature during frying. This is gross it's not suppose to run out of your mouth like soup nor should the shell be soft doughy mess. Some areas where they could improve, and what seperated them from a 4 star review was that my combo did NOT include soup, our server wasn't friendly, and because I'm a senior with a slight mobility issue I didn't like that I had to walk to counter to get my order. BUT my biggest complaint was that I was charged for a bottle of water. I ordered water to avoid paying for a drink. Had the food not been hot, tasty, and quick, this would have dropped my review to 2 stars. It did not, BUT it did affect my thinking of visiting another time while I'm in Springfield, since there a couple other Chinese restaurants in town it has also affected my thinking on visiting them next summer when I'm in town. I can't in good conscience recommend this place if you like friendly service and are as thrifty as me.
